room was very spacious, i loved the sitting area and balcony, will definitely look at booking here again for work. Great choice for breakfast and staff always happy to help. More milk for the tea and coffee in the room would have been ideal and a room service menu too, I couldn't find one.

Staff, on the whole were friendly and helpful. Hotel and bedrooms were clean and well kept. Beautiful towels and nice toiletries in the bathroom. Really good breakfast with a wide choice of food and beverages. Disliked · The beds were very hard and extremely uncomfortable. They had feather pillows which for some people, like myself can be problematic. However, staff at the desk sorted the issue very quickly with housekeeping.

The hotel receptionist was warm and welcoming on arrival, she explained everything very well. The pool was very clean The breakfast was superb and the staff were on hand to help

We decided to stay at the Puckrup as it also has a lovely golf course attached to the hotel. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man, he gave us all the details that we needed for our stay. Our room was clean and spacious with a fabulous view overlooking the golf course. We found all staff to be extremely helpful and friendly and in particular I'd like to mention Beth, the young lady in the bar area, she was very knowledgable of the local area and found time to come and have a friendly chat with us, also special thanks to Stephanie the restaurant manageress for being so accommodating with my needs, we found the food to be excellent and the breakfast was also equally as good, also with a chef present to cook you the eggs of your choice.This stay was an extremely pleasant one, in fact I've already re-booked another two night stay, so well done all at the Puckrup and please keep up the Hilton Values as they should be.

My wife and I have been staying again for a few nights at puckrup. The hotel is kleen and spacious, our room overlooking the golf course with a large balcony was kept very clean and tidy by the room cleaning staff. The restaurant has some new additions added to the menu, the sea bass is excellent. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and are a credit to the management Good hotel, good location and run to a very good standard

Stayed here for three nights over the BH weekend and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The setting is beautiful, the food great but as with any decent hotel it is the staff that make it a 5 star experience. I have to mention Robbie on reception for being an absolute star and his welcoming and helpful nature is to be commended. We liked everything about this Hilton and will return in the near future. We are not golfers but that didn’t matter we had a lovely relaxing time here
