The food was lovely. The restaurant staff is great and provide quality services. The bar on the level eight is stunning and tails are very nice. The room was also clean and tidy.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. There was an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. We used the spa and had a massage which we both enjoyed. It was in walking distant of the sea

Excellent all round experience from start to finish. Felt very welcome, accommodated any request. Location is ideal with a short walk to the beach. Great tail lounge on their roof floor, service was excellent. Loved the Spa - excellent facilities. Rooms and hotel all very clean and felt safe throughout! Would highly recommend any type of guest

A well placed hotel with easy access to the various areas including the beach, and park. The restaurant can be a bit hit and miss, but overall the breakfast is very good. The rooms are well presented and clean. The service is good, the roof top bar is worth checking out

My wife and I recently spent four nights at the Hilton Bournemouth. The hotel is fairly convenient to the beach, pier, and to the Bournemouth International Centre. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the room comfortable. We were in Room 721 which was easily accessible by lift and which had an accessible shower and the entire room was set up to be disability friendly. The bed was large and firm, and had sufficient pillows for a comfortable night's sleep. The room had a fridge, coffee and tea facilities, and a safe which was large enough to store laptops and other valuables. Breakfast was buffet style, and had a reasonable variety. Once seated staff were on hand to refill coffees and teas as well. The hotel has its own parking which was accessible but needed to be negotiated via a fairly steep incline to receptions. The guest price for parking was I believe £12 a night. The hotel also has a spa and pool
