Very convenient city centre location, parking in nearby multi-storey worked well. Pleasant modern hotel that does what you expect. Problems with the room were dealt with promptly. Staff were very friendly.

Excellent location in the centre of town. Brand new hotel. Comfortable beds, clean spacious rooms. Breakfast good, plenty choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This hotel opened last June, so everything is new and smart. The shower is amazing - and will go anywhere you want it to ! Always a luxury - not always the case when they are firmly fixed to the wall, with a rigid showerhead !! The room is very well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and independent - and very accurate - temperature control, which is incredibly easy to set. Again not always the case, but this is a brand-new build. Everything is there for you, and the rooms are serviced every day - again not always the case since Covid. Breakfast has all the choices, perhaps not overly flavoursome, but they are catering for everyone at the same time, and it is impossible to please all of the people all of the time! However there are lots of choices available. We were last here in November, and this time had exactly the same experience - the staff are absolutely incredible !!! Jonathan and the whole team appear to have an overdose of courtesy and helpfulness - all delivered with ready smiles and easy conversation. They are, without exception, an absolute credit to their Company, and indeed themselves, and we can only hope that is recognised by The Powers That Be, and they are properly rewarded. It is rare indeed to find a hotel which provides it all. This one does

We just got back from beautiful Canterbury and we are so pleased to have stayed in this brand new hotel, right in the heart of the city! Great staff, super clean, excellent breakfast and great bathroom! I loved the blackout curtains and the quietness, which are so important for us when we travel with our little girl. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will certainly be back

We had a wonderful four days in Canterbury, the hotel is ideally located and was spotlessly clean. Great choice of food at breakfast and a nice bar area for evening drinks. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even opening a meeting room for us to enjoy breakfast together as a family! The car park is only a five minute walk away so don’t be put off by the hotel not having their own car park
