Very good location, staff were friendly and helpful. My partner is disabled so found the room A very good size and the walk in shower was perfect for her needs. Breakfast had a very good selection. The parking was reasonably priced compared to other places close by.

Lovely hotel would recommend, lovely breakfast and amazing view, polite staff, perfectly located for city and walks a long the Brighton and Hove beach. Even the views from the breakfast room are lovely.

Room was lovely. Was given a refurbished room after a request as birthday. Actually got a call from reception and had a card and cake in room. Nice touch. Staff really good. Breakfast was great. But hotel is being refurbished and there was a funny smell and very hot in the higher floors. Spa was ok but pool out of order. I'm sure when refurbishment finished will be great!! Would use again once completed.

They gave us a suite which was quite nice with 2 balconies and the great seaview. The suite itself was rather dated, but the bathroom was quite nice. The breakfast restaurant is beautiful and the breakfast was very good

Huge spacious room, and lovely big bed. The room was clean and quiet (I did request a quiet room). Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The location is perfect - overlooks the sea, and is close to everything. We got to the hotel earlier than check in time, and as we had parked there, we had to go in the hotel to get out, and chanced seeing if we could check in earlier, and to our delight, we could - that was a big plus to our stay.
