The room, was a good size and the shower was great being able to arrive late was perfect . The location was exceptional and the there was plenty of disabled parking. Very good value for money.

I have stayed here before and had a great stay so when back in the area there was no other choice. This time however was even better. We sat quietly in the bar area before moving into the dining area. As we went to move we noticed a coach load arrive in reception, their flight has been cancelled so they were to stay there for the evening. There was 1 lady on reception; 1 lady serving food and 1 gentleman taking food and drink orders. I expected carnage but the way they managed the number of guests was nothing short of amazing. In particular, Tony was exceptional

Very comfortable bed. Very clean hotel throughout. Staff were excellent - friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. Free parking right outside the door.

I was very impressed with our room. It was well designed and spotlessly clean. We saw the room attendant in the morning on the 3rd floor and she gave us a cheery greeting. Excellent housekeeping department. Breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is well located for the M5 and has a good sized car park.

We stayed here overnight before travelling on to the Scilly Isles. It's location was perfect for the airport. Signage to the hotel could have been better as we used the Sat Nav but it didn't actually take us to quite there. Regardless the hotel was perfect, clean and so comfortable. Loved having a shower rather than a shower over a bath. Suited us down to the ground.

Every thing from parking the car , to check in , too the room and cleanses was first class and a great night's sleep and then a first rate breakfast buffet I only wish other hotels would could learn for this one
