Very comfortable bed, except the pillows are too soft. Room size good, shower good, tea/coffee facilities are good

Hotel looking much nicer after its refurb .Staff pleasant and helpful .We ate in Garden restaurant as executive lounge is not open .The food was pricey and of poor quality. Other than the food would definitely use the hotel again

I can't fault the hotel itself. The obviously recently refurbished rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of power sockets, comfortable bed and air conditioning that works well. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Great rooms, clean and comfortable. Public areas comfortable and served by brilliant staff who were polite, respectful and friendly. Easy access to Terminal, it could be a long walk for anyone with walking or breathing issues. We would certainly stay here again.

We spent a very comfortable day at the hotel when our flight was cancelled. The room was extremely comfy and clean and we enjoyed a massive breakfast. Huge thanks to Aymen on reception who really went the extra mile to find us a room when the hotel was very full and to Chris in the restaurant who was so welcoming. Great staff make an enormous difference to a functional hotel like this and those two are such an asset. A really positive stay after a disappointing travel time

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Good room service and all staff I came across were helpful. Great location attached to the South Terminal
