Breakfast was tasty and the beautiful view from the restaurant really topped it off. Bedroom was clean and we really appreciated the complimentary drinks/crisp. Housekeepers we’re really sweet and brought us multiple bin bags/ a broom and a dustpan. Receptionist were really helpful and made our stay as smooth as possible. I didn’t get a photo of the room but it was spacious and beautiful.

We have just returned from a one night stay. The hotel is clean, and staff at reception are professional and friendly. Our room was a good size, clean and well appointed. We did have an issue, but phoned reception- where this was sorted promptly. The hotel is approx 10 mins for may shopping, and 5 mins from the canal and the bars and restaurants.

Very close to the ICC. Right on the canal near loads of nice bars and restaurants. Nice view from room - loved the floor to ceiling windows. Breakfast view was amazing. Large rainfall shower.

Stayed for just the one night for my partners birthday. Initially greeted on reception by Tahani who was wonderful, friendly and helpful. She wished my partner happy birthday, sorted an early check in and tried to sort an upgrade, in the end arranging a couple of extra drinks. Room was superb, spacious, spotless and luxurious. We are no stranger to brum, but this was lovely. Breakfast the following day was delicious and Nina who served us was brilliant - chatty, friendly and helpful. All in all thoroughly recommended on accommodation alone but the service tips it over into brilliant.

Lovely hotel and an extremely helpful, friendly receptionist called Tahane went above and beyond for us. She is a credit to the hotel and has only been there a month. Room was upgraded to balcony with some lovely views across the city.
