Nice room, but shower trap was blocked by masses of long hair so water wouldn't run away. Cleaner was sent up to resolve, but looked like it hadn't been clean properly in months. Bed very comfy. Overall the stay was good and at a great price.

We stayed here before and it was lovely, hence why we went back. Unfortunately they couldn’t issue room keys due to a Microsoft fault, no big deal, however staff did take a while to let you in and out which is understandable as it was busy. Our sink in the room was blocked, and our view was terrible (we looked onto grass), last time we had a view of the bridges. Room wasn’t as clean as what we remember from last. Breakfast wasn’t good at all, the bread and pastries etc had been sitting out so long they were hard and the hot food wasn’t great at all. For £150 we expected a bit more, definitely won’t be returning here.

Loved the hotel, friendly staff and enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie on arrival. We upgraded to a sea view and got a lovely room with great views. Food was great in the restaurant. Plenty parking too. Would recommend and go back.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was was lovely as was the en-suite bathroom. We did find it difficult to get in and out of the bath. We would have liked a coffee table in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and the chef was very accommodating making poached eggs when asked if this was possible. We found the dinner menu to be very restrictive, okay if you like y food.

Had a nice stay . Upgraded to a suite , it was very comfortable. Had dinner in Shore restaurant meal was lovely . Staff were friendly and attentive. Would certainly recommend.

Great stay once again. Pleasant helpful staff especially Magda. What a truly lovely lady she is. Went out of her way to help us with a query while checking in. Magda is a credit to this wonderful hotel. Stunning room and views! All staff in the bar & restaurant were very polite and attentive. Breakfast choice was amazing. 10/10 all round. Can't wait to visit again soon ?

Good stay Good staff Happy as our stay was a Sunday the hotel was fairly quiet,when we checked in I asked for a nice view if possible was told you don't get that when you book with a cheap deal from my hotel break,however everything else was great.

Excellent stay , upgraded to a river view room superb vista of the three bridges hotel was spotlessly clean . We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent as was breakfast , staff were very professional and accommodating. Will definitely return.
