Firstly I found it impossible to check in on line prior to my arrival. After arriving I was informed that there was a fault on the system!!!! Secondly I had to "beg" for my Prosecco voucher (Same procedure in Gateshead recently) Again Staff said they had no notice of this voucher!!!! Because there was a large bus party having dinner in the "breakfast" room ordering dinner was a nightmare. No Guinness or Guinness Zero in the bar only copious amounts of larger and cider so very limited choice for a beer drinker!!! Should have nearby "Weatherspoon's"

We had a lovely weekend. My only issue was we didn’t receive our bottle of Prosecco on the Saturday night. I queried this with the Manager who said we only get 1 bottle, even when I explained it clearly stated on our invoice - Friday b&b + bottle of Prosecco Saturday b&b + bottle of Prosecco She still wouldn’t give us a bottle.

Good accommodation and a lovely breakfast at a great price via myhotelbreak.com - only gripe is that for a city centre hotel it has extremely limited parking. There is a cheap multi-story across the road but not ideal - did not spoil our stay.

This was my our second stay at the Leonardo hotel, and I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in all the staff are friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel the building is clean and tidy the room we had was clean and tidy the food was excellent I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great stay. The hotel was immaculate. The bedding and towels are bright white. Parking cheap. Food lovely. Staff great. Would recommend it.

The hotel was a 5 minute walk to all the amenities you could wish for all the staff from front of house ,bar staff , cafe staff and house keeping where all excellent and made us feel very welcome the food in the bar and the morning breakfast was excellent we thoroughly enjoyed it

The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, the room wasn't too hot and the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was hot and fresh. I would stay here again.

Great Experience, stayed one night and went way above expectations! Staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast, everything you could want and top quality! Car park underneath but was full so got advice and big discount on nearby alternative park. Also Great location!

Excellent value for money. Very close to the city centre. Very close to bars, restaurants and cathedral.
