Excellent service from checking in to leaving. My daughter and I went for a birthday treat - we were made to feel special straight away. Warm welcome from hotel staff, spa staff and beauty thes. Lovely food served by great staff in a lovely restaurant

I have been staying at this hotel for years now. Its nice that a lot of the staff haven't left so I've managed to to build a great rapport for them. Michelle in particular has been very welcoming and always helpful to any requests I may have had relating to the room. Michelle has always helped with a smile on her face and I can't praise her enough for her friendly demeanour. The hotel is very lovely and picturesque, you feel a real sense of peace when you are there. You never get bored of the view of the hotel. By far though i would say that the staff make the hotel, and their friendly manner is what keeps me coming back.

I visited Waterton Park with my daughter for a special birthday Spa treat last weekend. Although looking tired in places the one thing that stood out was the amazing staff. I can honestly say that every person was polite, went out of their way to ensure everything was to our liking and I came away feeling like they were a credit to their employers.

The property is set in beautiful surroundings. Very spacious and comfortable room, really good facilities. Restaurant was lovely, good food at reasonable prices. Staff were brilliant, friendly and efficient.

Hotel is well placed with Wakefield / Leeds all within easy travelling distance. Room 26 was excellent, great view. Meals in the Restaurant and at breakfast was also excellent.

It was beautiful, stunning location, very clean. Not overly old fashioned it had a slight modern tint to it. The views from the room were outstanding. It was also really quiet.
