I can’t say enough about this hidden gem!!! Bridget greeted me so warmly and had a wealth of knowledge about the area. The bed was very comfortable with tea, coffee and a homemade cookie in the room. Traveling alone , I stayed in the single room with a shared bath. It was up 12 steps but very clean and easy to access. They have homemade shortbread and granola! Wonderful! The room was lovely for my 3 nights in Bath. I enjoyed the lovely garden with some wine I picked up in town, but they have a small bar area stocked with sodas , wines, and liquors on an honor system. So nice! The location was amazing! Quiet but only a few minutes walk to all the sites of Bath. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel in a great location in Bath. The rooms were very clean. Bedding was nice and soft. The bathroom was wonderful with robes. I would highly recomend this hotel to family and friends. The staff was also very welcoming. Breakfast items were displayed nicely and tasted fresh.

A lovely guest house where quality really shines through. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the beds felt quite luxurious with thick cotton sheets. Bath robes and slippers were a nice touch. Homemade shortbread in the room was yummy. The breakfast really stood out. A delicious choice and so beautifully presented in an elegant dining room with silver service. I would 100% recommend it. Also a really central location, yet peaceful sleep at the back of the building overlooking enclosed gardens

Great location in Bath. Room 106 is nice, but small; garden view. No AC, but they did have a fan in the room. Small shower, but big, fluffy towels and heated towel rack. Friendly service. The bed was extremely firm. No parking, but there was a lot not too far away where we stashed our car.

What a lovely hotel, with delightful staff, the hotel is so charming and blooming with character as soon as you step in the door, there’s a lovely Italian style garden out the back to enjoy an evening with a beverage. The honesty bar is a sagacious concept, just sign for what you take then pay on checkout or it’s deducted from your authorised bank card prior to check in. No car parking outside as it’s permit holders only.
