What a great last minute decision it was to boom the Alyth Hotel. We booked a DBB night and from arriving we had a fantastic experience. Very warm welcome and friendly staff throughout our stay. Room was very clean, comfortable and a great size. We looked out over the square and the sun streamed in all afternoon. Great choices at dinner and the food was amazing and full of flavours. After a great nights sleep the breakfast was delicious. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little hotel. The staff are very pleasant and after a mix up with the room we booked the owner did his best to try to rectify this. The evening meal was great but the breakfast was even better. Must say it’s the best hotel breakfast we’ve had in a long time. All cooked fresh with quality ingredients and the sausages were superb. We would definitely recommend!!!

Lovely decor downstairs and in bedrooms, really good food, excellent staff and a free pub quiz thrown in. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent

Great value for money and good central point for exploring the area. My wife now wants the same colour of paint from the room to add to our bedroom. We loved the decor. Food was great too (we had breakfast and dinner). I recommend the tikka masala :) The wife and I stayed for a weekend, and with it being above a quiet/small pub there was a little noise at closing time, but nothing near unacceptable. The bed was huge and comfortable, which is the first thing I look for when booking accommodation. We would happily stay at the Alyth again. Perfect for a weekend away.
