Let me start with the positives good feel and vibes, hotel is stylish and modern. Nice glass of prosecco at the bar. Breakfast was also to a good standard. Now ive stayed at the hotel before and had a great experience, this time a few issues. On arrival it took a while to find our booking, eventually saying we had already checked in, the girl was lovely and not her fault. We then went to the bar for our complimentary drink which was great. On arrival to room 3.40 the cleaner was still in room and we felt she rushed away (room was cleaned to a good standard). Another thing I found disappointing was no water in room, for the price you'd expect a bottle of water. Next the main issue, payment was on arrival, when we arrived they asked for card and initially took £50 (pending) when we checked out the rest was taken or so I thought £110 making it up to £160. A few days later £160 was taken which was the total, fine, however the £110 is still pending today Wednesday when the stay was sat/sun. Although I have previously enjoyed this hotel for these reason I do not think I would stay again especially when there is so much competition in city centre.

The hotel reception area was lovely however we were upgraded on arrival but this room was no different to what I had booked in the pictures ? We were also advised free Prosecco on arrival which we didn’t receive ? A little bit disappointing and underwhelmed on our stay here .

On arrival we were instantly offered a late check out due to being, this was a lovely start. The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre and once inside there is a wonderful atmosphere. The lobby bar is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink before heading out. Our room was on the 10th floor, very quiet and comfortable. We will certainly use this hotel again when we visit Glasgow.

Great location, very convenient to the train station and also Buchanan St which is the primary shopping street; but along the way of heading there you’ll also find tons of cafes and restaurants as well. Clean rooms, proper housekeeping, kept me sane and alive while I suddenly came down with a cold the night after checking in. The condition of room isn’t new, but higher than average for most hotels so they’ve kept it pretty well maintained. Room noise has not been an issue. Too bad George Square is still under construction or else it would have been a great 30 second walk from the property.

Fabulous hotel in the centre of Glasgow., great atmosphere in the bar; facilities are new and service is superb. Breakfast high standard.

We loved most aspects of our room and stay. We would have liked a choice of different pillows and were disappointed that we could not access Netflix, I player etc on the tv. Both of these were bearable in such a short stay, though. However i was really disappointed in the breakfast. The breakfast was mixed. There were no vegetarian sausages or bacon. The quality of the bread was really poor and there could have been more fresh fruit. The breakfast tables were shockingly close to each other. The coffee was nice and the staff were very friendly.

This is our second stay here. Clean, comfortable and modern rooms, nice ambiance in the bar area. Breakfast was fab! Great value for money.
