Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, room clean and spacious Little bit outdated but nothing major to make me not go back again.

Nice location with the tram transport, nice bar area with entertainment in the night. The family room was very spacious.

We've been about four times now and going back again in March as a party of eight. Both husband and I are vegetarian and it's not often we get meals that we really like, fresh food, large portions and staff very attentive. We've never had a bad room, comfy beds, all ensuite and clean. Plenty of and coffee, tea etc. Bingo each evening and so far all the acts we've seen we have enjoyed. A little loud but not if you sit near the back. We also ask for rooms not above the function suite. Bar prices very reasonable and we are looking forward to our next visit. There is free parking on the street next to the hotel. Sometimes we have had to walk maybe give mins away. Thank you to all the staff for making all of our stays enjoyable.
