Hotel was lovely albeit a bit dated. Bed was comfy. Light shade on ceiling was very dusty. Outside window ledge not pleasant..the gentleman himself very nice welcoming asked after us..but I would stay again

Nice hotel in pretty Pitlochry, would highly recommend for the friendly, funny staff, easy check-in and just really good, old fashioned customer service. Room was excellent (we were in Room 12), it also had a lovely, comfy sitting area where we could have a cuppa from the generous tea-tray and admire the changing colours in the trees outside. Decent bathroom, huge bed, communal areas were fab and we had a cracking breakfast. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

An enjoyable stay at the Acarsaid. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was great and breakfast provided lots of choice and all products were top notch. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time only there for 1 night .bed huge big shower .Was made very welcome from beginning to end with big Karen (manager) who was a laugh a minute and very friendly ? breakfast was very good and staff very friendly compliment to the chief will definitely be back

Lovely hotel,spotless,comfy bed,lovely pillows and quilt,coffee machine,bottles of water,toiletries,tea coffee drinking chocolate and biscuits,we even had robes and slippers,bathroom looked newly renovated.staff were really nice especially Karen,breakfast was superb,I have given cards out to friends for this hotel.will stay again if we go to pitlochry.

This was our third visit to this hotel and it didn't disappoint. It is spotlessly clean and staff are lovely. Breakfast was amazing and cooked to order witlimited tea, coffee and toast. There are also plenty of continental options. The hotel is ideally placed for an easy walk into town and is excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

Staff where lovely however needs upgrading the ceiling/floor space if you in a room on the ground floor the noise is dreadful. Breakfast was fine.

My wife and I booked a two night stay, staying at the Acarsaid Hotel on Sunday 15th December. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and were allocated a room with a superking bed and walk in shower, the public areas being pleasantly furnished and decorated. All areas being well maintained and spotlessly clean. One disappointment was that the restaurant was closed, being a Sunday night we did not think too much about it and enjoyed a lovely meal at a local restaurant. On Monday morning after breakfast we enquired about restaurant opening times we were informed that it was closed Sunday to Thursday, only being open Friday and Saturday nights and that we would have been informed by email. I can assure the Hotel Management and My Hotel Break management that no such email was received. Nor was there any information on either websites informing of the restricted opening. If we had been made aware we would have cancelled and stayed at another establishment. We checked out on Monday evening, deciding that with the weather being miserable and no restaurant it was not worthwhile staying, no background music and no atmosphere did not help.. The duty manger did not even ask why we had decided to leave early. Disappointing stay in the end, only staying one night of a two night booking (Charged for both).

Although we only spent one night at the Acarsaid Hotel, we could not fault it. The room was immaculately clean, tidy and well decorated, all the staff were delightful and although clearly busy, were happy to stop and chat and kept us well informed. The food was simply delicious and the portions generous. This hotel provides sensational value for money and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I am also writing direct to the hotel to tell them how much we enjoyed our stay. Great business, great service, great value.

have stayed in acarsaid twice before and glad to see that standards kept high.we had a nice quiet room at the back and therefore no noise.we ate in the restaurant on saturday night and the steaks were very nice indeed.breakfast on both mornings were excellent and all the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive.definately return. geo.carnwath.

We stayed at the Arcasaid for one night for my partners birthday. We had a very good stay. We were given a warm welcome on arrival from the duty manager, who was lovely, we then found her room which was very nice with a really modern bathroom with a large shower, the room also had a very comfy bed. Dinner in the steakhouse was excellent and i cant fault the staff at all, they were very accomodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a short walk from the town centre so very handy for walks and pubs. We did both. Would definitely return to the Arcasaid.
