We had a fabulous night at the hotel. This was my fourth visit and it never disappoints. We were lucky to have booked this date as there was a show on in the hotel that night which only made our visit better. The staff are just lovely and very helpful. The food is always delicious too.

Love this hotel .Rooms are lovely specially lower level with door to outside. Breakfast great choice. Evenings meal was lovely. Been here few times and will definitely be back.

Stayed at Riverside Lodge for 2 nights 8th 10th April beautiful hotel food great all staff very friendly rooms are spotless,I would suggest anyone booking hotel to try and get a room looking onto garden/outside area

We had a lovley stay the menu not so good there was no dishes on the menu that was basic food ie steak pie burgers or macaroni which we found we couldn't eat anything of it and had to take steaks which was ok overall I don't think we will be retuning

Had booked this deal as my brother was having his wedding reception at the hotel. Had a pleasant stay although found the bed and pillows but too hard for me therefore didn't sleep too well. Had dinner in restaurant, good was nice too.

Lovely hotel. Facilities and staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Special mention to Carla at reception. She was efficient friendly and very helpful

Absolutely fantastic Hotel, food was fab, service fantastic, friendly helpful staff, I would definitely recommend a stay here, great value for money. Gold ? from me. ? Just one wee tiny thing I would mention is the lighting in the room. The lights were very dim for applying makeup. I would not mark the hotel down for it tho as everything else was excellent. ?

This is a good value hotel. great meet and greet at reception, the staff are a credit to the Hotel. Room was fine, a good size, a little tired but clean and welcoming. Food was ok, limited selection on the DBB deal, served warm rather than hot, service was slick and friendly. Unfortunately sleep was not on the agenda, not the Hotels fault just another room singing and cheering to way past 3am, people are incredibly selfish. We would stay again, and it is very good value.

Our stay at the Riverside Hotel wasn't what we expected from a 4 star hotel. The complimentary biscuits in room which my husband ate and didn't taste right were dated May 2022, absolutely disgusting, the door handle in toilet was loose ready to fall off. Dinner was 1.5hrs arriving then cold when it came. Won't be back or recommend.

Hotel bar and restaurant was very nice and tasteful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean however a little dated and in need of a refresher. Food was delicious and great service throughout our stay. Delicious tails.

A wonderful stay at this Hotel. We got an upgrade as the heating was playing up. The room was amazing. We got a free bottle of wine in the room as it's part of the deal. The 2 course meal in the restaurant was absolutely 5 star. The staff are fantastic and nothing is to much trouble. I also need to mention the fantastic piano player in the lounge that played some beautiful songs to relax to. All in all a fabulous stay

This was my 3rd time here .The staff are lovely nothings a bother for them. There where 18 of us .The food was nice .The room was nice and clean. I recommend riverside lodge .Im going back soon.
