It wasn’t as good as the one at Gateshead needs updated but enjoyed our stay.some of breakfast items were barely warm

Nice hotel, it is getting a bit dated in the rooms, but they were clean and tidy. Staff were great, nothing was a problem to them. Will book again.

Much better than expectation for the price paid. Really enjoyed our stay Staff were friendly got a good upgrade and the location is very central near the railway station. Didn't have a car so can't comment on the parking but easy walk to city centre. Front desk staff especially good. Would stay again and recommend

Room was great very comfortable and large - bathroom quite clinical but spotless -tea and coffee facilities were good and water provided and temperature was good - breakfast was a bit chaotic and there was a delay in replenishing food and tables being set but maybe been at a busy time

The staff were excellent. The chap on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and got me a drink in the bar while I was waiting to check in.

Location is great, easy to get to town centre and train station. Spacious lobby - perfect for waiting friends. Breakfast is good, a lot of choices on offer. Bar is good.

Friendly receptionist upon arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent.
