The location was easy to find good car park even though some people parked really stupid. The breakfast was good and staff pleasant.

Excellent stay. Great location for travelling into London. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Lovely garden to enjoy a summers evening drink

Comfortable, affordable with good parking and service. The room could be a little better ventilated. But asides that the hotel is a pretty decent place to stay. Service is also prompt and friendly

We have stayed several times over the past 3 months whilst visiting an elderly relative, sadly this has come to end. We were extremely well looked after by the excellent staff and particularly housekeeper "H". Thank you all very much. The food is excellent especially the Chateaubriand,well don chef. The rooms, especially the executive rooms, are spacious and beautiful kept.

What lets this place down is the state of the corridors and stairwells and lifts etc - they are so shabby, carpets very worn, walls scuffed. Walking up to my room I was ready to go back to reception and say I had changed my mind. Then into the room and it all changes for the better. Would certainly stay again as the room was so pleasant to stay in.

I stayed at this hotel as a one off visit, I was generally very disappointed with the standard of the hotel when considering the price a paid. Surely this is not a 4 star hotel?? Good bits 1. Food down stairs in bar was very nice 2. Mattress was comfortable 3. Staff in the bar were very friendly and accommodating...
