This hotel was absolutely excellent in every respect and was tremendous value for money. We were looked after from the minute we arrived at the hotel and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. This is an absolute gem of a hotel and one that I intend to visit regularly.

The staff were warm and welcoming and quick to resolve any issues. Bed was comfortable and room pleasant. Food in Laureate restaurant was excellent and was included in the deal. Spa (pool etc.) was a little bit run down and quite small, it was a Saay and it was very busy as lots of people on spa breaks. It would probably be quieter during the week. Didn't have a treatment as didn't book far enough in advance, so if you want one make sure you book ahead of time. Had a lovely walk around the lake on the Sunday morning. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it for a place to spend quality time with family or friends for a very reasonable price.

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend and it was perfect. The staff were helpful and attentive- we were made to feel very special. Dressing gowns and coffee machine in the room were super! The food here is amazing- the choice at breakfast was phenomenal. Definitely recommend for a peaceful break.
