Beautiful atay! Staff were friendly, the view was amazing. Would happily go back. The food was delicious, great entertainment on the night time too. Throughly enjoy it.

Enjoyed another stay at the arrochar hotel. Room spacious and clean. Booked a loch view room but had scaffolding in front of the view, didn't spoil the view though which is fantastic. Buffet breakfast has everything you want. Only downside was the WiFi not working but good have some downtime from social media.

Had very pleasant break despite the miserable weather. Hotel in need of some TLC as the rooms especially are very tired, staff were extremely friendly & welcoming & food was really great. I was immediately put off having to push past the smokers at the entrance to hotel, and with all the cigarette butts lying at the entrance which is not welcoming. I appreciate it was pouring & blowing a gale so easier for smokers to stand at entrance & stay dry than walk to the designated smoking area with butt bin. I therefore was forced to walk through the smoke to enter & leave hotel which frankly has put me off returning.

This hotel site on a beautiful location but is badly in need of maintenance everywhere We had a loch view room was clean and warm needs TLC, food at the hotel was good staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you in all area of hotel, we had wee highland dancers on for a wee while at night then a singer unti 10.30 , we had a great time at this hotel, only negative was the state it’s in

We had a great stay at this hotel, the food was great and that staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are basic and could do with a refurb but are still comfy and clean. We had a Lochveiw room and right now the hotel has scaffolding at the windows but we still had a good veiw of he Loch and the hills.

Allocated to room 125 having arrived early and room being unavailable eventually having a nice loch view through the scaffolding. Some refurbs were apparent to shower however a crack in the basin and the floor I would suspect was baddly laid or rotted under the linoleum due to the creaking under foot. The bed was also unfit for purpose due to size and creaking when any movement is made. Food was accepable on the first night although we waited 20 minutes for a sweet menu , breakast was a self service buffet style affair food was ok but a bit of a circus attemting to get where you wanted to be.

Booked one night to add to a previous booking given as a present. This was our third stay in the past 2 years. Overall the stay was good. Breakfast has always been good on a self-service basis. Paid extra for a twin lochview hotel that was comfortable. Only downside was inconsistency in some facilities due, I suspect to insufficient staff. On Monday and Wednesday bar was available in the afternoon but on Tuesday was informed initially it would open at 17.00 when in fact it didn't open until 17.30. Staff were always polite and courteous. Overall would not discourage visitors as it remains good value for money.

The hotel is old fashioned, dated and decor is tired . The staff were lovely. Friendly and helpful. Dinner was amazing but breakfast buffet was cold and disappointing.

We had a lovely time at the Arrochar hotel,the staff are Great, very helpful and cheerful, The restaurant and bar are very nice,and the food is amazing. On a downside when you have checked in,you can't get a drink at the bar till 5oclock as there is not enough staff so you have to Go elsewhere which is strange, The room was clean but a bit dated and we had a beautiful front looking view of the loch and hills, stunning. The outside of the hotel could do with a paint job maybe when better weather comes, This is our 2nd time here its very busy and we do enjoy it,so we will be back again cheers

Stayed at the arrochar hotel several times. Hotel is clean and well managed. Room was lovely and we booked a loch view which was stunning. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast, lots of choices. Full cooked breakfast, cereals, croissants, ins,fruit.

Seamless check in, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a bit dated, but practical enough for a short stay. Location was perfect, Loch view room is a must. Couldn't fault the breakfast, plenty of options including haggis, black pudding, fried bread and tottie scone. All Scottish breakfast staples.

Great value stay, 2 nights B and B with dinner one night at just over £100 each. Dinner was 3 courses from a limited menu. Food was fine and portions generous, however other diners were ordering from the bar menu. It might be good if an amount could be offered towards this menu as an alternative, though appreciate this may be difficult if there are large coach parties. Staff were all pleasant, rooms well equipped and reception happy to supply extra tea bags and pillows. They also lent a phone charger as I packed the wrong lead. Room had a stunning loch view.

Awful. We were given this voucher as a Christmas present and were very disappointed with the level of service we received as well as the standard of room we were allocated. The voucher advised that we would be given a complimentary room upgrade suect to availability. When I queried this at check in, we were told that unfortunately this wasn’t an option as they were completely full. The room was depressing to say the very least and looked absolutely nothing like any of the room pictures provided online, it almost as if we had been given the worst room at a student accommodation hall. We found the funny side in this and decided we wouldn’t bother going back to reception to complain, instead we would head out for the rest of the afternoon/ night and get a few drinks and dinner at the village inn, which was brilliant. After being out majority of the day and enjoying ourselves, we couldn’t help but go to reception to complain when learning that there was only freezing cold water coming out of the shower as well as the bed sheets being filthy. Turns out, the individual at reception when we checked in could have upgraded our room when we asked and chose not to, after raising a complaint due to the false advertisement and condition of the room, the view and the shower, we were given our room upgrade which was available all along. Disgraceful.

We Love going to this hotel as the staff are always friendly and it’s such a good deal. The rooms are a bit tired but spotless and the breakfast you get is lovely. I have booked again for next month
