On arriving at hotel we were greeted with enthusiasm. we were directed to our room which was fantastic. we had a garden view which was spectacular. all in all i would recommend this Hotel for a break

Had a thoroughly good stay at the hotel .. very clean.. gardens well kept .. freindly staff and the food was simply first class .. I will visit again in the summer months as they have a lovely sun terrace overlooking the gardens

I've not stayed at the Balgeddie house Hotel before and I was very impressed with the staff, and amenities. I was needing a chilled out mini break as my mind morrisons was off the chart...! But I left well fed, well rested, and a smile on my chops, would definitely stay there again...

We were on an overnight stay,afternoon tea and breakfast included. We arrived on time but had a slight delay as the room wasn't ready,this wasn't an issue as we had our afternoon tea slightly earlier than planned. On checking into our 2nd floor room,it was a bit tired but no great issues as everything was spotlessly clean and everything was in working order. The leisure centre was well maintained and we had a lovely afternoon there,going between the pool and steam room. Every member of staff were lovely,smiley and could not have done any more for us. Very attentive. Bed was very comfortable and a good rest was easy. Breakfast was great,a good selection on offer and again staff were great. We would like to revisit in the future and stay perhaps in a room on the first floor and not the 2nd floor !! All in all, it was a lovely and worthwhile break.

Lovely old characterful hotel. Food in restaurant was excellent. The hot scone cream tea on arrival was exceptional.

It is a hard climb to the cheaper rooms on the second floor but the room was OK, clean, compact, warm with a large bed and clean shower/toilet. Reception was excellent as was the speed of food service. Food itself was mainly good, overcooked, dry bacon at breakfast being the main issue. A slight issue is the difference between the sample menu on the website and the actual menu. The sample is larger and more varied, although priced correctly(nearly) This meant that the much anticipated Venison Escalope did not feature along with a few other items. Generally the D,B&B package is well priced but not fabulous, but the hotel does have a fine looking swimming pool which we did not use and excellent grounds

Had a great weekend rooms were clean and spacious bed food was great, although fish was overcooked they deducted from price however all other food was lovely. Staff were really friendly and accommodating, facilities were great would definitely go back.

We had a lovely 2 nights at the Balbeggie house hotel, food was amazing, staff very accommodating & friendly. We were on the second floor which was a bit of a treck as no lift but got help with cases & bags which was a great help.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Balgeddie House Hotel. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The food was the best hotel food I have had in a long time. The swimming pool and the changing rooms were very clean. I would have preferred a room with windows overlooking the garden. We were in a room which had velux windows and so we had no view. Something to remember for the next time! Great value for money! I will definitely be back!

Booking was messed up by Myhotelbreak, customer service aftersales was very poor, hotel itself was mediocre, food hit and miss, breakfast OK but served in a lifeless area (due to CV19 restrictions) pool was very good. Bar areas? again lifeless

Our stay was perfect. Free upgrade to a beautiful, comfortable, spacious room. Hotel grounds are lovely. Food & service were terrific and swimming pool/spa area was spotless. Amazing break.

We had booked a late deal on myhotelbreak.com which I have many times. We were disappointed with this hotel as we felt we were second class due to booking the deal. Firstly the room was right above the kitchen and the fan was noisy during cooking times so all day starting around 7am. Also the bins were also underneath our window which were also noisy. Room 210. We were also woke up by a delivery. We had booked a dinner bed and breakfast and at the dinner we were given a DBB menu which did not have everything on the menu. Very disappointed with our stay as this is the first time we felt singled out due to booking a deal. Hotel was nice enough food ok and room clean.
