What a turn around! Stayed for one night with my wife. Nice modern decor, clean and welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and again service with a smile. I will definitely use it again. Personally, I would rate it 3 or even 4 stars.

1st time staying here was great. Room is compact clean and stylish. Bed was super comfy. Dinner at the bar was sublime ( steak and macaroni). After our meal we headed to the bar where a singer was on, very entertaining and great atmosphere. Great sleep, and breakfast superb in morning too, staff really friendly too.

Lovely hotel, room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom lovely and clean, nice hand and shower products, beautiful white fluffy towels. Snacks in room but for a charge.It was lovely to sit outside in the sun and enjoy a drink in the evening.Breakfast was nice, although you have to order eggs, we had nearly finished eating before they were made, so my advise is to order before you start plating rest of your food. Staff friendly enough. Overall a nice comfortable stay.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, kind, professional and very efficient. We stayed there for a funeral, not the happiest of times, but Chris , the manager, did everything he could to make our stay excellent, even down to cooking us a late breakfast! The wake was also held in the hotel (for a huge number of people) and the food was superb. The staff in the bar, including a new recruit of only 5 days (Duncan, Douglas? so sorry) were very attentive, bringing drinks and snacks whenever they were needed. Chris obviously trains them all very well. They all seem a very happy team too! The room was comfortable too!!

The Redhurst Hotel is 5 minutes walk from my sister's house, so it is perfect for an overnight stay when attending a family party. The hotel has a large function suite, with large bar and restaurant, but the accommodation side is quite small.

Room was a good size with a view of the Main Street. Staff very nice and one of them gave us great directions as we were not familiar of the area. Bar was busy on the Saay night and there was also a party in the function room. Breakfast had a great choice and was very tasty. Good size car park.

Easy check in.very polite and pleasant staff.Rooms are clean towels changed everyday. Scottich breakfast OK but needs beans, meals are very nice but a little bit pricy. They have some fantastic tribute nights Motown and soul last night was very well attended. £23.50 includes 3 course meal and a glass of sparkly wine
