Received a very warm welcome which made me feel right at home. The room is comfortable and well equipped and there is a cosy sitting room to read and relax. The breakfast was excellent.

We were treated to an overnight stay in Superior room as a gift. Lovely welcoming hotel in a spacious clean room. Everything you could need for a romantic break away, 5-10 mins walk to town. Honesty bar is a lovely touch for a drink or two, either in the lounge in front of the open fire or back in the room. Tasty breakfast in the morning finished off the trip perfectly. Would recommend.

We stayed at Brooks Guesthouse on a Thursday night in January, costing us £79 (Kingsize room and breakfast included). From the moment of booking, the host was very amenable and easy to communicate with via email. The hotel itself is easy to find, positioned just a 5/10 minute walk from the centre of Bath. When we arrived, the reception area was being re-painted, however, this was not an issue as the receptionist arrived straight away to welcome us and check us in. She told us everything we needed to know about our room, breakfast etc. The room was lovely, it looked just like the photos on the website. In the evening, we took advantage of the 'honesty bar' they have downstairs which I thought was a nice feature. We both had a Full English for breakfast which was delicious. No complaints about this place, would highly recommend.

We have enjoyed this guesthouse. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient with all the information we needed. You really have to allow the extra £8 for parking but it is quite easy to find a place nearby. We had the best fish and chips at the 'Scallop Shell' close by!

We stayed here for one night in January. The guest house was lovely, staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great with a lovely selection. The hotel was conveniently located just 5 minutes from Bath Function Rooms and a only a few more minutes to the centre. Parking was easy, there is a big long stay car park at the rear of the hotel or the hotel offers some permits for on street parking. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely explore their accommodation in other c.
