Room looked great but the fixtures and fittings lacked quality. Fantastic staff, Charlotte is a real asset to your brand, a lovely young lady with a great attitude.

Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. Room was immaculate and facilities top notch. Everything furnished to a very high modern standard with some nice touches. Bed was very comfortable with feather pillows and quilt. I will be back

The Pensthorpe apartment is GORGEOUS!! Loved the decor & the bathroom, very comfy bed, nice linen, well equipped, warm, good location etc.. Would stay again, it's excellent value for money.

Me & my husband stayed one night last month ... took my breath away as we walked in absolutely stunning .. the rooms are fully equipped, but most o the finishing touches were the best , bath robes , iron , hairdryer , will definitely go again , staff lovely very welcoming , great pub next door lovely food really enjoyed it !

Stayed here last night while visiting family in the area. Beautifully appointed accommodation, really comfy bed. A warm welcome from the lady on the concierge desk. Didn’t have time to use the additional facilities but this would be a great ‘home from home’ for someone staying away for business purposes as well as for those staying for a leisure break. Would definitely return when next in the area.

Came here to get away for the night , wonderful clean room and service was lovely , Charlotte very polite and welcoming. Gym small but effective. The refund system runs perfect and didn’t have to wait to long! We didn’t want to leave See you again soon
