Minutes from Hyde Park and a wonderful staff made our stay enjoyable. We stayed at the Mornington at the beginning of our trip/tour to Wales (four day train excursion) and at the end our Wales excursion and they stored our excess luggage during our trip. The staff gave us great recommendations for dining and getting about, they could not have been more helpful.

Silvia (not spelled correctly) and Silvio behind the counter we’re so much fun! Always smiling and helpful! The hotel is a bit far for walking but 4 mins to the tube. The rooms are London small other then that it is 5 star clean and friendly! Breakfast is included which is both great tasting and plentiful ! Rooms are clean and bed is cozy, neighborhood is quiet with a few Pubs very close! Overall a great 5 night stay!

The Best Western was in a very good location. We would go for morning walks in Hyde park and Kensington Gardens every day. It was an easy walk to Oxford street and the tube was a 5 minute walk away. Also a short walk away from Paddington station for connection to Heathrow Airport. The breakfast was very good

We liked the location, the proximity to Hyde Park. The rooms are a bit small, the common areas are not spacious, but everything is tidy and comfortable. The staff is really caring, nice and helpful, special thanks to Sylvia. The accomodation serves delicious breakfast, has 24hr service and is perfect for sightseeing.

We were able to check in early, and when we checked out the next morning we were able to leave our bags in the luggage store until the evening. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Location was absolutely perfect close to Kensington gardens and Hyde Park great for walks in the morning. All the staff were great and very helpful.

Very good breakfast, very friendly and attentive staff and the hotel was in a nice quiet area just a short walk to Lancaster Gate tube station.
