This was a clean and suitably appointed apartment. It was easy to use the radiator to adjust the temperature and the shower was powerful and refreshing. There are lots of stairs to gain access so you need to be quite fit.

Really enjoyed our stay, central apartment, clean. We stayed in apartment 3, and the room in the middle of the apartment was really quiet (no windows). Friendly welcome, easy check in. No parking available, but there are places only a couple minutes away.

The apartment was clean and had all we needed check in was quick and easy,it is only a few minutes to the city centre,with shops bars and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the train station.All in all a great stay.

We stayed here for one night. The reception was closed when we arrived around 7pm but spoke to a friendly helpful staff on the phone. Which guided us how to access our keys. She even helped called me back to ensure we got into our room. The room was perfect-everything you need is there- hair dryer, iron and board, toiletries, towels, tea and coffee etc. The essential and the decor of it is really modern and nice. Also the price is such a bargain for city centre. Will definitely stay here again, when we are next in Chester!!

A 5 minute walk from the train station and not much further into the town with lots of bars, pubs and restaurants close by. We booked a double room which was clean, modern and comfy but super small with no room to put anything. Staff were friendly and efficient and I'd asked for an early check in which they managed to provide. A nice touch that they called me after I'd checked out to ask about my experience.

Got to check in early as our room was ready when we went to drop bag off, great location staff very helpful . Room was compact but had everything you’d need bed was comfortable and heard no noise as other travelers had mentioned
