Excellent Hotel rooms are spotlessly clean & tatesfully decorated. staff are friendly & extremely helpful nothing is any bother.Food extremely good. This Hotel is ideal for touring Loch Lomond & The Trossachs

Hotel was very nice we upgraded to the deluxe elegance room which was very nice ..staff were very nice, dinner was lovely and breakfast too, we had a choice of continental or the Scottish breakfast

Having stayed previously we were both looking forward to a night away of relaxation. Check-in is a simple process no issues and lovely receptionist When we got to our room (room 1). It was between 2 fire doors, which did concern me but thought soft close. So should be no issues. How wrong I was!! The room was nice. But how anyone could watch the Tv would be a mcle, it was to the side of the bed and not facing it or the sofa in the room. It didn’t make any sense why anyone thought that was the appropriate place to fix a television to wall. On returning to our room we had an hour of doors banging. Then from 0630 this morning until 0830 we were awoken by doors banging and guests dragging cases through the hall, squeaky floors Why would you put guests in such a busy thoroughfare!? It was a very unpleasant morning and very unlikely we will be back. Which is a shame as previous stays have been fantastic. It would appear if you are a bus tour you have priority over any other guests which is not appropriate or dare to any other guest. At check out I wanted to explain my experience but was not asked how the stay was or indeed any interest shown as nearly any eye contact. That may have been because there was a reception fully of guests and he didn’t want to hear about any issues. Such a shame as some of this could be easily dealt with

Stayed here a month ago and delighted to say staff are still working exceptionally hard to make sure their residents are safe and well looked after . Hope soon that more staff will be employed to cope with high numbers of guests and diners.

Enjoyed our stay at Winnock Hotel meals were okay breakfast wasn't quite clear as to what you could choose, staff were not quite sure what you could have mentioned this to the manager when checking out, other than that we had a good time.

A very difficult time for hospitality business but the staff at the Winnock were working harder than ever so making sure the guests enjoyed their stay. T A huge than I you to them all.T The kitchen brigade should be proud of the quality of food they presented. All piping not and tasty..

Excellent hotel. Will be back but service in the restaurant was very poor. 50 minutes until we received our order for dinner. Breakfast was not much better. 4 different people served us order taken twice. It looked like no one knew what they were doing. One young foreign man was exceptional. Beautiful room. I was so happy I could have a bath each night.
