Enjoyable stay, staff very helpful, especially Rui (Restaurant Manager?) Requested Sea view room for my wifes birthday stay and this was supplied as was a card from the staff, nice touch.Will hope to stay at this well placed hotel in the future.

As this was the first time i have had to use a wheelchair on holiday, the hotel facilities where perfect a wet room was great for me ,no trouble getting around with partner.

This was the first time we have stayed at the Ramada Hotel it is in an excellent position and only a short walk to the shops. It was very clean and the staff were polite and helpful we would certainly stay again.

Great break and thanks to all the staff.One minor quibble would be the 20 pounds cap on food from a la carte menu,im certain it was higher when i stayed at the kingsmill in inverness with classic britain.,that said the set menus were great and good choices for my wife who has to have gluten fee food .Thanks

Stay was excellent food was average,room was lovely and very modern and clean. You need to be careful getting out of the bath as the height of the bath makes it hard to get out and very sloppy. Very enjoyable stay and we will defiantly go back .

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Ramada Plaza. The hotel is in a lovely situation with views across the marina and the bay. Our room was spacious and modern and everywhere in the hotel was spotless. The staff were pleasant and helpful and although the weather wasn't great, we enjoyed a relaxing two days.

A very nice hotel. The Bedrooms are immaculate & serice is excellent - previous comments about slow service in the resturant were certainly not in evidence during our visit. Only "black mark" was that the maid entered our room well before 11.00 oclock to start cleaning even though it was obvious we were at breakfast & our cases were still in the room.

Very impressed with the hotel modern,bright,airy. Breakfast and dinners were very good but only complaint was:the dining room staff appear to have a hate towards removing soiled dishes from the tables and the same with used glasses in the bar.Why doesn't the manager instruct the restaurant staff never to return to the kitchen empty handed,problem solved! Everything else was fine apart from this one annoying grievance.

The hotel was to the standard expected in line with its rating. Our only complaint would be directed at the restaurant. Daily rotating staff prevented any personal contacts to be established with each meal being served at a different tempo each day. Also, although the food was to a good standard there could have been more choice on the basic menu without resorting to the extra expense of the a la carte. Nevertheless I would use this Hotel again.

We had a lovely stay at the Ramada despite the rain and our colds! The anniversary card in our room was a nice touch and we found it clean and comfortable. The food was tasty, our main course of lamb shank particularly, but service was quite slow. We waited quite a long time to order after being given our menus.

A few mix ups with food we'd ordered in the restaurant, and seems to take staff quite a long time to clear tables once they've been vacated. Regardless of this, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Top class hotel, bedrooms really nice, beds very comfy. very clean throughout. Breakfasts were good, reception very helful. Good carpark in basement. Cannot find a fault with it! Will definatly return.
