Fantastic stay thank you, beautiful hotel, great food, polite and friendly staff and lovely room. Only downside for us was the lack of information at check in. No info given as to where the gala ball was or where breakfast was served or even timings.It was very busy on check in, so we went back to reception later to check where and when everything was. A welcome letter in our room advising of these things would have been great. Apart from that, well done on a great New Year break !

The meal in the dining room was excellent. The staff looked after your needs with charm. The spa facilities were invigorating: I would recommend this hotel.

This was our 3rd visit to Ardoe House Hotel it never lets us down its such a pleasure coming back here! We had a feature room this time it was amazing. The staff are always very helpful and the food delicious. Thank you we will be back.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms very nice. Hotel huge so walking to room can take a while especially with the less energetic. Set in lovely grounds. Dining room temperature varied considerably - very hot at breakfast but cool during evening meal. Lighting in rooms a bit too subtle

Lovely hotel and lovely staff, the pool wasn't working that was very dissapointing but you could go to another hotel to use pool but was very inconvienient. The only thing letting hotel down was the price of drinks very very expensive.

We tried to accommodate as much as possible with the pool being out of order but I can see how this would cause frustration. We had a lovely stay at Ardoe house, friendly welcome which continued throughout our stay. The hotel was decorated beautifully and our room was very comfortable and spacious. The spa facilities being seperate to the horel would be unpleasant if the weather was inclement but on this occasion we enjoyed spending time in the pool. We will return for a longer stay in the future.

This hotel is just amazing. The hotel itself is very stylish yet traditional. The family room we had was so spacious even after 2 sofa beds, double bed and a cot there was still loads of space. Friendly staff. Food in the informal restaurant was outstanding. The pool was great for the kids. On the plus side there was a lift in e hotel for our pram. We cant wait to come back. :)

Brill hotel however poor service on the Saturday night at dinner was very disappointing - 35mins for fruit starters and missed one of the kids from the main course.

Hotel was very nice and the service was good, only complaint was the breakfast in the morning was below standard, had been sitting for a while and dried out.

We had a wonderful time at Ardoe House Hotel. Accommodation excellent, food served hot and most enjoyable. All members of staff including reception, waiters, cleaners were very professional in their jobs.
