Cob webs all round the lights in room 7 & 9 Shower is leaking in room 9 The smell in the corridor along to the rooms is horrendous Mirror in the bathroom was dirty & all sprays of toothpaste The down stairs entrance carpet is so badly needing hoovered We arrived after a long drive, checked in & waited for chocolate strawberries & champagne to arrive which didn't so I had to call down and ask for. We then went down to the bar to be told no food was being served until evening dinner which is hopeless as we weren't told that when we checked in & there is no where close by to grab something which wasn't ideal when you only want a bar meal until your dinner which was booked in the evening. This was a horrendous experience for us & it was a treat to my Dad for his 60th which wasn't good for the money we spent overall. The meal at night took so long we ended up with desert & left the building as we had enough by then. There was 2 weddings on & they have no time for other guests basically.

My husband and I spent one night here to celebrate his birthday. I had upgraded to a room with a sauna and balcony. It was spotless. We couldn't fault it. The views were stunning. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast, all of which were delicious. All staff were helpful, courteous and mannerable and we were made to feel very welcome. Whilst there, the fire alarm went off. We were escorted out of the cold into the leisure centre and kept up-to-date during the whole procedure.The staff were very professional and calm. As I had booked through myhotelbreak.com, we feel we received great value for money. (Also received complimentary drinks as it was my husband's birthday, which was a lovely touch). The best hotel I have stayed in for years and we will definitely be back. Would highly recommend it. The staff are a credit to the hotel.

Room was pretty good although the sauna is a bit dated. Unfortunely a previous guests clothes (including underwear) was left in the drawers underneath the TV which wasn't great to find. Service fantastic, food was amazing in the evening but just so so for breakfast. It was a breakfast buffet though so I kind of expected it to be just average. Would stay again.

Hotel very nice Staff pleasant Room overlooking the Loch was really nice. Leisure facility good. Restaurant was nice, clean with good outlook over the Loch. Only complaint is the Menu seemed limited, small choice and didn't change over the two days there. Wouldn't want to stay longer if menu didn't change. Would go back and perhaps stay longer after checking for more varied Menu. Staff were all pleasant and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend hotel to friends. Could do with some entertainment being available in the evenings.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing, with amazing views. The only slight criticism was a couple of courses of our dinner. I had gnocchi with Italian sausage, but there was no sausage. My friend had the baclava as desert and paid extra for it but it wasn’t good, very dry. We have both lived in the Middle East, so know what to expect.

maybe a more private balcony and not a wooden fence the room had amazing views, even its own sauna! staff were really nice and attentive and the restaurant was lovely. good power shower also. will be back :)

Second time here - first time with my husband this time with friends Lovely location and the view from the bedrooms is breathtaking The rooms themselves were very clean but they were tired and could be doing with a refurb The dinner was nice - but definitely had better - reasonably priced Staff were helpful and friendly Enjoyed my stay but apart from the location I wouldn't rush back There are nicer places in the area

I booked this as a late valentines gift for my partner, and was very unsure of what to expect. The experience was incredible, the views breathtaking. We booked the Carter Suite and it was absolutely worth every penny. The room was gorgeous, the sauna an added bonus and the views just left me lost for words. We chose to eat in the restaurant that night, the food was delicious and the staff very pleasant. They were also very catering to my gluten free allergies. The over all experience was fantastic I would recommend to anyone and I would 100% return

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for one night to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. We arrived early and reception kindly took our luggage while we waited in the lounge with a drink. When we were ready to check in we were given a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room with an in roomsauna; a lovely gesture! Our room was gorgeous. Very modern and spacious whilst still having a cosy lodge feel! We had a balcony that looked right out to the loch; gorgeous! Soon after arriving we were surprised with some prosecco and a beautiful card to celebrate our anniversary and wish us a nice stay; a lovely touch. We had dinner in the restaurant; both ordering fish and chips which was to die for! Service was fantastic with staff coming round to fill up our wine; made us feel special. We asked a lovely waitress for a tail menu but she was unable to find one and went to the effort of writing all tails down for us so we could chose; our choices were lovely! We enjoyed spending the rest of our night chilling in the lounge. Overall we loved our stay. Lots of lovely touches to make it a lovely experience and we will definitely be back!
