Hello, I booked through your website and when we arrived at the hotel they had no idea of our booking and that is very embarrassing, when there is a que forming behind you and my wife is glaring at me . i know its the Easter weekend and not a lot of staff working .....the girl I spoke to earlier was fantastic and very helpful . Plus the hotel restaurant was fully booked on the Saay we arrived and closed on the Sunday our second night. Would I use your website again probably as it is the Easter weekend and its all about the Holidays ..

Very noisy at our dinner time 8pm with children being very loud running about the restaurant. Wishing we had went to Flemings instead of the Grill! Our rooms were quite basic and furthest away down the end of the long corridor bit of a walk for our 70 plus mum and aunt. The whole Spa experience was delightful though and made the trip worthwhile.

This was our 2nd visit to this fantastic hotel. However when checking in I was told I had to pay the bill immediately as it was a visa debit card I have . Which also meant I couldn't just charge anything I purchased during our visit. I obviously paid the hill there and then . I do however feel that a visa debit card is surely a better card to use as the money is mist definitely in the person's account unlike a visa credit card. I personally changed from a visa credit card to a debit one several years ago as I don't like any debt . I used this debit card when at the hotel the first time which was in October 2015. The staff are amazing the food is delicious the leisure and spa facil are wonderful and the rooms are spotless. We were on a dinner bed and breakfast deal . So we obviously have to pay for any drinks we had or any difference in the food allowance and what we are. We only had a bill for drinks which I paid for there and then . We had a really relaxing stay . However while checking out the following morning I was told I had a drinks bill to pay ! I told the receptionist that as they didn't accept my card and I couldn't then charge anything I had paid the bill by cash before we left the restaurant. I felt it was a case of my word against the bar staff . The receptionist then said it was ok she would let the bar staff know. Which left a bitter taste in my mouth to be honest. I use your company to book holidays all the time and have been to several hotels and never ever came across this before. We still had a fabulous time and have even booked again to go back in July. But at least this time we will know what to expect . I truly felt that my bank card wasn't as good as anyone who has a visa credit card and it did make me feel second class.

Our 2nd visit to the Westerwood hotel in 1 year excellent value for money , staff throughout the hotel are fantastic , my only niggles were cold breakfast plates for hot food, towels were not available when you checked in for the spa due to lack of them had to chap the pool window to see if any were available at reception took ages to get them, I am a dog friendly person but to find dog hair stuck around your room chair is not good, bath panel need painting as do around the room windows which are flaking, routine maintanence required , still had a fabby time tho!!

Had a great stay once again at the Westerwood Hotel.Have stayed here loads of times and always enjoy it. All the staff are really nice and care that you have a good time but would like to say a special thanks to Danielle who works in the grill restaurant .Danielle always seems really happy to see us and looks after us brilliantly. Overall a great place to stay for a relaxing break.

Had a nice break at the Westerwood Hotel. Lovely big room, huge comfy bed, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Although shower cubicle looking a bit tired. Bit disappointed we did't get upper floor as requested, but I suppose we don't always get what we want. Food was nice enough but choice just the usual pub grub. There was nothing special which you would expect of 4 star quality. Leisure facil good. Unfortunately they had no towels left. We were told to go ahead and they would bring us towels when they received fresh one from laundry. The towels never arrived, no staff at poolside, so we had to come out the changing room (all wet), luckily I spotted someone heading to the leisure reception desk and ask him to remind the staff for us. They did arrive soon after and were full of apologies, but not exactlya relaxing experience going down the corridor soaking wet. We enjoyed a swim sauna and steam room. couldn't get near the Jacuzzi as three big burly men using it the whole time. They sat on the edge when it went off waiting for it to go back on again.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at, very clean and modern. Staff are very friendly and reliable. The food was great, even the buffet breakfast tasted like it had been cooked personally for you. Pool was warm and lots of facil. Definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Westerwood. The room was excellent, well equipped with a comfy bed (although we did have a problem with not being able to turn down the radiator). Staff were fantastic, and the food was great. We wished we’d booked 2 nights dinner instead of just one, as it was so good. The pool was lovely and warm and quiet early morning. Breakfast was good, but very busy. They serve until 11 am which is great too. The golf course is lovely, we paid just £10 for a late afternoon slot.

Very pleasant stay at this 4 star hotel, rooms were modern comfortable and clean. Meals were excellent. Leisure facil were also excellent. We would recommend this hotel for a family or couples leisure break.

Well appointed hotel unfortunately food misses the mark. If looking for a peaceful time do not stay on a Saay night - bedroom floors can be extremely noisy through to the early hours
