Quite a nice stay overall. However, room could have been a bit cleaner, quite dusty. Staff pleasant but do not communicate very well. First night we were served the wrong sweet. Next afternoon, we ordered a sandwich for lunch. After an hour we asked if it would be long and were told chef had not received our order...till had gone down and staff focused more on this than serving customers... we were not the only ones complaining.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Breakfasts were excellent. There was a great choice, something for everyone. The evening meal was okay but had we not been on a "deal" I would have grudged paying for my starter of Caesar salad which consisted of lettuce leaves, croutons and dressing. No parmesan could be seen !

We had a brilliant time at the hotel, we would definitely recommend it. The food was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and had beautiful gardens. Would love to go back

Have stayed in many Hotels over the last 25years on a regular basis. This was the best mainly due to the can do attitude of staff , not request was too much. All staff spoken to, >30, without exception were so so helpful. It made for a very enjoyable 3 day stay.

Booked the day before we went. Were given a less/ able room, tho not requested. Room was changed quickly and with ease. About to become a Hilton, comments will be out of date soon. Food was good in the evening, tho not generous. Breakfast was very good as were the staff.

newly refurbished our room overlooking roof of spa was very dark, nice but not a lot of natural light which made it feel dingy. we dined at the hotel on the fittest night, food was good but not outstanding. was disappointed in the service which was very slow. has to wait 35 mind at least for our deserts. I complained to one female member of staff who apologised and offered us a free drink. it wasn't just us we noted several guests were moaning amongst each other about the slow service. we took our tea thou to the bar area to be more comfortable and when asked by another female member of staff if everything had been OK we explained not really. when sat in the bar we were then approached by the first female an eastern European girl who in my opinion ex a wee bit confrontational in her manner, she said that she had already apologised for the delay on the foods arrival and questioned why we had complained to someone else? she was told this had been in answer to a question by the second girl. i was not too happy re this. breakfast was great and were all the staff. very welcoming and attentive. in particular a special mention to Anne on Sunday morning who was so bright and cherry with all the guests.

This is our second stay and the hotel was as good as the last time except the bed was a bit saggy, worn and without much resiliance. The food was excellent although there was no mushrooms or haggis or tomatoes for breakfast the first day and no tomatoes on the subsequent days. I choose my hotels with regard to comfort and food especially the breakfast where I look forward to tomatoes mushrooms eggs and bacon. I will possibly stay again as the food is so good, and the staff so pleasant and helpful.

Hotel accommodation and food were excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. A very nice location.

I would highly recommend the Landmark hotel to other people. The hotel and grounds are lovely, staff very friendly and helpful, good selection of food at the buffet breakfast and the leisure pool is small, but an added relaxing bonus to your stay at reasonable prices.

Very impressed with rooms and attentive staff but very disappointed with the spa and gym closed. This was one of the main reasons we opted for this hotel and finding all facilities shut on arrival took the shine off our stay

Our stay at the landmark was very enjoyable. The only thing that spoilt it was not having the use of the leisure facilities as this was one of the reasons for booking this hotel rather disappointing as we had no prior warning that the facilities were no available.

Great stay, lovely rooms and overall really good service from staff. We used the facilities and really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is in a great location - ideal for the city centre and surrounding areas. Only one small issue was at meal times the time taken for the food to come from kitchen was unacceptable, this was unfortunate as the food was very enjoyable. However by way of an apology we were offered a free evening meal on our third night so staff took issues onboard and offered compensation. We would not hesitate to return to the Landmark Hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the landmark hotel. I was very disappointed when I checked in to be informed that the restaurant was closed as it was getting work done to it. The girl said that classic Britain had already informed me but I hadn't been told and if I knew before then I would have changed the hotel as I like to go away and enjoy meals in a restaurant and not at the bar! Very disappointed with classic Britain.

Excellent stay at the Landmark Hotel in Dundee, rooms were clean and to a high standard. Staff extremely helpful and polite. The evening meal was lovely and the resturant staff were very helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We have just spent a very enjoyable weekend at the Landmark. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. We will certainly visit the hotel again and hopefully be able to enjoy eating in the dining room which was unfortunately being refurbished during our stay.

our 3rd stay through classic britain on 2 nights DBB and 3rd night BB free, great value for money. Food is excellent and the staff so nice and friendly. We will be back.

Food tasted good but is nouvelle cuisine. I had a braised steak dish. The three small pieces of meat were delicious but there was 1 small potato cut in half and 3 mangetout on the plate.
