The hotel had our booking, but had entered the wrong dates on their system. Had booked 2 rooms, now got 2 rooms well apart and the one for 2 people was a double not a twin as booked. No apology given, very offhand.

The hotel represents very good value via Classic Britain deal. I would stay here again. Hotel has very good central location with many things to do within walking distance. Train Station is 1 minute from rear of hotel & very convenient for those travelling by train. Pitlochry is a superb short stay destination.

Both my wife and I had a very relaxing stay at the Fishers Hotel. On arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile and dealt with courteously. The check-in was carried out quickly and a glass of Whisky was given to us along with our room key. We found all staff very helpful,polite and attentive.

Bedrooms was fine though shower wasn't easy to work/ get right temperature wise. Service was ok other than in the resataurant on first night there was a long wait between first and main courses when that came it was cold which was returned and was ok the second time through the second night there was a problem with noisy neighbours upstairs which took two visits from the night porter to rectify, know it's not the hotel's fault but we weren't the only ones who had a poor nights sleep.

Thank you to all staff at the Fishers Hotel for a very pleasant stay. Waiters, Bar Staff, cleaners and Reception all did their jobs to a high standard and very pleasant to all guests. Food was terrific, bedrooms very comfortable and clean. How the staff coped with the constant coming and going of coach parties with ease was very commendable.Would recommend this Hotel to anyone and will definitely return for future visits.

Had a great couple of days stay in the Fishers Hotel. Staff lovely and friendly. Bedroom adequate with a big bathroom, comfortable beds. We stay here all the time when we visit Pitlochry at least twice a year.

Staff were very good, room on second floor was clean, only downside bathroom needed a bit of work done, loose tiles on floor and walls needed bit of attention, it was very busy as coach party in and a wedding on, but not noisy, staff were very busy, but coped very well. Evening meal and breakfast were both good. This is my second visit in a month and would visit again, I know work on hotel is ongoing.

Excellent value with a DBB deal , cant' really complain at the price , only observation was that the room we had overlooking the garden had very noisy footsteps from the room above so much so that I slept with ear plugs in ( handy having arrived on a m/bike ;-) ) Don't think the hotel could do anything about it as it's down to lack of insulation and a very active resident who seemed to pace for hours.The room its self was clean and had a great shower and spotless bathroom. Friendly public bar that had a good selection of food at reasonable prices and quality , restaurant obviously caters for couch parties and has limited menu but was ok especially at the price. Would I use again? Most definitely.
