Absolutely brilliant hotel. Every single staff member we spoke to or interacted with were so happy, friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean. We used the spa facilities and got massages which were fantastic, the 2 ladies in the spa were so lovely and helpful. The meal in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Overall fantastic experience. We were there for our 1 year anniversary and we think visiting the New Lanark Mill Hotel on our anniversary may well become a tradition for us as we wouldn’t have changed a thing during our stay. 10/10 Thank you!

First time here and will return ,staff were all so pleasant and helpful ,rooms were clean ,and a fantastic location, the food was top class also the spa was a bonus .it's a must for everyone.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice had the cooked breakfast only and unfortunately both our potato scone was rock hard, which did put us off the breakfast slightly. Would go back but maybe skip the potato scone on the breakfast

Once again my wife and I had a lovely stay at this wonderful, warm and friendly hotel. Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful river view:-) We had pre-booked our evening meal in the Mill One restaurant and were served a lovely 3 course meal by efficient, friendly staff. Following a good nights sleep we enjoyed a lovely breakfast after which we had a scenic walk along the Falls of Clyde. What more can we say. The only downside was the fact that we could only stay the one night :-( but we'll be back :-)

We had a lovely 1 night stay. The staff and standard of food was excellent. The setting is picturesque and with good weather we thoroughly enjoyed a walk up to the Falls of Clyde. As I have said the weather was very good and this caused our room to be warmer than we would have liked. Not a common complaint in Scotland! Overall a great overnight break. Thank you.

Very nice setting with lovely decor and very friendly staff. Food was good but “Fruit” for breakfast is literally a “fruit” e.g. an Apple or a banana or a pear - if you get the drift. Seems strange that a fruit salad wasn’t available or a choice of fruits so that you can make up your own at your table. Some of the articles of food in my “Full Scottish” looked reheated and a little dry, but I still scoffed it - so it wasn’t that bad. The sign to the car park needs rethought with RESTRICTED ACCESS in large BANNER headlines being at the top of the Car Park direction board at the roundabout and Hotel Guests in small letting at two from last of permitted access to the hotel car park. You just can’t stop at the car roundabout with traffic behind you to read all the way down the sign until you get to Hotel Guests. Surely - that info should be at the top of the sign?? I took a picture of it but regret I can’t leave it with this review. All said and done though - and when you consider the International - no - Global refugee crisis, it’s not high up in what’s wrong with this planet. I would certainly go back - so don’t let me put you off - it really is a lovely setting.

This was our 3rd time at new lanark mill hotel. Its was once again just perfect for us. Room 15 was spotless with loads of coffee,tea and hot coffee . Also towels are white and fluffy. Its a very large bed with crisp white bedding. Staff are on hand to help if needed. All staff are so friendly. Food is delicious. We've booked again November. Its definitely our favourite hotel

Stayed here before and was pleased to see every bit as good as before. Food excellent as was service everyone in my party enjoyed dinner and breakfast all was freshly cooked to order. Room very clean and fresh with comfy bed. Will return

This was our 3rd time here at New lanark mill hotel. Its now our favourite hotel. The hotel is perfect for just relaxing for us. The staff are very friendly and are always there to make sure everything is just perfect. Food is delicious. Rooms are spotless. We're booked in for another 3 night stay in November.

Loved our stay at the new Lanark hotel rooms spot on most staff great just had a we snag with the waitress when we went for dinner kept forgetting to bring our stuff or brought wrong stuff everything else was great even managed a swim before we headed home great stay would go again

Yet another enjoyable stay at a great hotel, The whole location is immaculate and rooms very comfortable. Only issue was despite requesting a specific meal time and type of wine in room at booking, neither were met. Food and service throughout was exceptional. Finished off visit with a very relaxing spa treatment once again with very friendly and efficient staff.

Fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. Staff, food (the chef can cook) and service exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Clyde Suite. The only minor complaint is that the bed was a double and not a king for such a large room. We will be back, see you soon. Sandra and Richard Fyfe

My husband and I had a lovely stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was great and even had the windows left open a bit for us which was great as very warm when we arrived. Food was delicious and again staff so friendly.
