Had a great stay. Staff were very helpful especially Davie and Maureen. Extremely comfortable bed and everything very clean. Breakfast had a very good selection and staff were very efficient at clearing away used dishes when finished with. Will definately stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont Hotel St Andrews. The situation is lovely overlooking both the sea and golf courses. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff very friendly and the food was good, but expensive. Had a meal in the Clubhouse on our first evening, which has spectacular views over the sea. Also had a courtesy bus to and from St Andrews during the day, which was really convenient. Will definately return for another visit.

Fantastic Hotel. Extremely polite & helpful staff. Golf & Spa excellent. Waited 45 mins in bar for Club sandwich and watched kids sliding down the handrail as we ate our lukewarm breakfast on Saturday morning. Took the edge of our great break.

We stayed at the Fairmont, St. Andrews for two nights. The staff at reception were wonderful, but on our second night at the Squires Restaurant the service was a bit chaotic.

Beautiful hotel very spacious deluxe bedrooms.Food good staff in restaurant rather slow and not very knowledgeable. Prices in the bar very expensive but had a very enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Had a fantastic one night stay here front of house staff where brilliant especially the Gentlemen at the front doors food was brilliant room was lovely and spacious all the staff made us and our wee dog feel very welcome and we cant wait to come back

As a returning customer for a special 60th birthday and the hotel in February was very quiet, it would have been nice to have been allocated a room with a decent view rather than a top floor room looking at the roof. The clubhouse restaurant was shut and the only available one in the main hotel, the Squire, had an unchanging menu - even 2 star hotels can provide a menu changing daily! Lesser establishments can have freely available wi-fi access so it is disappointing to find a 5 star hotel not providing this.

We had a wonderful break at this hotel. It was my husband's 70th birthday and staff made it a memorable break. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so kind and helpful.
