Great little hotel lovely location. Coping well under current situation ( hand sanitiser stations and social distancing all in place ) Spotless inside and out. Staff friendly welcoming and service fast and efficient at reception bar and in dining room. Food lovely good choices and all served quickly and hot. dry safe secure storage for our bikes which was a great plus point Bike path /walkway runs behind hotel into Aberfoyle and beyond Could have stayed longer. Will be back for sure ?

We had a wonderful time on our break.Our room was lovely, meals were excellent and well organised i e social distancing. Tables fully stripped and sanitised after every use, and hand sanitiser in multiple locations. We felt very safe and covid protected during our stay and would recommend hotel for anyone who may have any fears about staying in a hotel. Thanks to all staff for a lovely, safe break.

My husband and I enjoyed our 2 night break the weather was great so that helps.The hotel is a good base but not much else to do in hotel .The one word I would say for staff is officiant wow you can be served and eat 3 courses in about 30 minutes.The food is basic but tasty and the hotel deal is good value .Breakfasts were fast and good too.This is a clean ,officiant staff, good value base to explore the wonderful area .

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the rob roy hotel. Food as ever was lovely. Good choices of fare, plenty of it. Table service, restrictions included no entertainment, 1 at a time using the toilets, and hand gel stations. All tables and chairs were well sanitized, and 2 meter distancing. We'll be back!

Great value and these days where feeling safe is as an important consideration I was delighted with the measures the hotel has put in place. Particular credit must go to the lady mainly cleaning the tables at breakfast. Excellent attention to detail. Everything sanitised including chairs and table edges. Rooms are fresh and a good size. Hotel is a pleasant 1 mile walk from Aberfoyle and a great location for exploring the Trossachs. The staff quickly adhered to any changes in guidelines during our stay - the change from visors to face masks for example.

A very enjoyable stay, clean rooms and very friendly helpful staff, could not fault waiter/waitresses in dining room, nothing too much trouble, my only wee complaint is as a non meat or dairy eater there was no real choice at dinner, but as it was just opened again that may change, it would not stop me going back though.

On Arriving at the Hotel I saw ample parking, Once in at reception it was clear the hotel staff had worked hard as the place was fresh immaculate, and organised. Once I booked in I went to the room, a short walk form reception. The room was sealed with a security tag stating it had been sanatised, onc ein the room I was suitably impressed, the room was spotless, Nice crisp linen on bed, fresh towels TV and tea coffee making items, The food was fantastric alkways fresh, always hot, waitresses were clean punctual and ;polite, Ticks all the boxes really for a short break, I woudl return again

Rooms good. No tvs working in hotel, transmitter problem apparently. Food was good. Social distancing good. Could have done with a bit of background music perhaps. Overall value for money and nice break away from all. Had error on my bill but was rectified after I contacted hotel again. Would stay again.

Hotel was lovely but when we arrived we were informed that the televisions all over the hotel were not working other than that the food room and staff were first class would definitely go back but would check regarding the tvs as this took the shine off the weekend

Saturday party night. Live band where great and got the place rocking. Food was excellent and so was breakfast. Late check out helps. Staff where really friendly and polite. Definitely be back we had a great night.

Great night we had at the Rob Roy Hotel. The Freddy Mercury Tribute was fantastic. The 4 course meal was excellent and breakfast was good too (although haggis would have finished it off perfectly). Rooms are a great size and spotless. Staff were really friendly, fab location.
