Enjoyed our stay in the relaxed atmosphere of Fishers. Staff too were very attentive and welcoming and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The staff and service at Fishers were excellant. Special thanks to the chef and Restaurant manager for (a) excellant birthday cake and (b) maiaining the surprise package for my wife's birthday. Rooms were good with adequate supply of tea/coffee/milk etc.

VERY DISAPIONTED, BOOKED A DOUBLE ROOM 7MONTHS IN ADVANCE, ON ARRIVAL WAS PUT IN A DISABLEROOM SET UP FOR ONE PERSON, NOT A GREAT START, HAD TO ASK FOR A LARGER QUILT IT WAS A DOUBLE BED WITH A SINGLE QUILT AND ONLY TOWELS FOR ONE PERSON THE BED WAS ALSO VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, GLAD WE WERE ONLY THERE ONE NIGHT, WOULD NOT RUSH BACK.

Dram on arrival was a nice touch. Hotel was very cosy and we received a room on the ground floor as requested which was very spacious with a big walk in shower. The breakfast was passable. The evening menu was very poor with only four things to pick from and the same menu every night. Thank goodness for the bar menu which we ate from every night of our stay. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very enjoyable party night with ceilidh band and DJ. Nice area for walking. Nice view of the snow covered hills from our bedroom window on the 2nd floor.

had a lovely overnight stay,bedroom was very nice with comfy chairs.staff were very helpful and food was wonderful,this hotel is ideal for buses as the stop is right outside.

Great overnight stay. Lovely room. Choice for dinner not to our taste unfortunately. Enjoyed the entertainment in the bar later in the evening. Good value for money. Hope for a similar deal in the future. Thank you.

Our room was extremely noisy till around midnight on Friday and Saturday night due to live music in the bar below our window. A garden facing room would have been quieter. Maybe guests should be given the option of a quieter room if they aren't night owls. We were very happy with service in the restaurant and assistance given to my elderly parents.

Hi we had a great time at the Fishers Hotel as alwaysnit was our 35 Wedding Anniversay and my Husband 55th Birhday and i request a large room with a view,which we had as always the staff, food,waiters ect and everything was perfect and they sent us a bottle of wine to our room which we thought was a lovely gesture to celebrate our special stay. I would always pass this Hotel on to family and friends can you please forwad this mess onto the Hotel Thanks Marie

The hotel was lovely. Very welcoming and the staff pleasant and helpful. The food in the hotel was excellent but the dining room whilst a little dated could have done with some quiet music as there was no atmosphere when eating. I would definitely stay again as the deal we had was great value.

Had a great mid-week break, staff in the bar were brilliant, Restaurant was busy because of the Enchanted forest so instead of the set menu we had a carvery which I am not keen on but it was ok.I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

a bit impersonal.night porter very unhelpful.food ok but did not enjoy queueing in a line for breakfast.there must be a better system.quite chaotic.
