Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. Clean, comfortable spacious room with fantastic views over the loch. Food was excellent with good choices on the menu, staff were polite friendly and helpful.Plenty of parking available, great base for touring the area. Two night Dinner Bed and Breakfast deal was great value and this was our second visit in a month.

my daughter and I enjoyed our time at Arrochar hotel. rooms were a bit dated but ok .Meals were good and staff were mostly lovely. however the deal I booked was a walking break, I was a bit disappointed when the map I recieved on arrival was the free one that anyone could pick up at reception and was not helpful in planning a walking break.

Lovely two night stay at the Arrochar Hotel, surprise was our Loch view room which had views up and down the Loch and the lovely weather made it perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was excellent.

My wife and I have just spent 2 nights at this hotel. We found the hotel room more than adequate with the added bonus of a beautiful view of the Loch and sunsets. The food was of a reasonable standard with a varied menu on both evenings. The staff were courteous and helpful and the overall experience was very good indeed. We enjoyed the weekend and look forward to returning again at a future date.

We had a wonderful time at The Arrochar Hotel, it is very welcoming and cozy, room was clean and tidy, the staff were all very helpful and friendly and the food was excellent. It’s a great location with beautiful views and not far from interesting places.

Was really disappointed with room. On the first floor looking out to a brick building which made the room look dark and gloomy, wallpaper ripped in room, wallpaper hanging off bathroom, walls stained in room and dirty marks under shelf where kettle was. Only 3 choices on dinner menu which one was vegetarian if you wanted to pick from main menu you had to pay a supplement.

The Arrochar Hotel is in a spectacular spot opposite Loch Long. Parking no problem. Staff very friendly & helpful. Food good value, extensive menu. Bed linen & towels good quality, but the Hotel in general is a bit tired looking and could do with an upgrade. Having said that we would definitely go back.

The room was far too small for 2 adult and a large dog but it was clean, the duvet was thin and the pillows hard but they where clean.

Great location, good value for money, and food was really good. Only disappointment was that they failed to clean the room on the first night, offered nothing to compensate, and then failed to ring me after promising to do so.

Lovely hotel although a little bit tired, spotless and lovely big portions of food. The staff are excellent and had great banter and they really make you feel welcome especially reception and bar staff. Will be back soon

Staff where lovely, hotel was really nice.. Awesome views and the bar prices where good also. I give it an 9 just because the rooms where a bit tired but that is my only criticism of the hotel.

Hotel has seen better days. The bathroom was clean so were the towels and bedding. However the wallpaper was peeling off and stained also the tv had green lines through the picture. Staff friendly and polite. In hindsight we should of complained.

Every staff member is lovely and obliging. Room clean ,comfortable and well facilitated. Loch and surrounding area is stunning,making the room view special. Food is great,good portions and plenty of choices to suit all. Iv stayed here a few times and been delighted each time,would definately recommend here and have done to others who stayed and agreed with me. Friday night’s entertainment was enjoyable with a talented artist. .

On the whole we had a pleasant experience at the arrocher hotel although meal on first night was poor n def not worth the £18 off the menu....2nd night was better n breakfast was fine. We were never asked if we enjoyed our food , nor if we enjoyed our stay as we were leaving.
