We booked 2 nights DBB Thursday & Friday evening. I would highly recommend it. Great value . Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel staff were cheerful & pleasant.

Enjoyed a two night break,and will definitely go again. The only downside is the walk to the dining room! Other than that it’s ideal.

staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were great food and service was great we had entertainment on the Saturday night which was fantastic. overall very good. the only fault was the appearance which is a bit tierd and could be doing with a upgrade.

Reception staff lovely, room & bed comfortable & spacious. Food was mediocre and little in way of vegetarian/vegan option. No idea why breakfast was served in a different place on Sunday but there was no fresh coffee or choice of teas - sachets of coffee only & ordinary tea bags. Although I don’t eat them the sausages & bacon were very pale and looked very unappetising and my partner did not enjoy. I felt the Sunday evening dinner menu was very poor. Breakfast on the Monday was far better having been put back to the Tartan room and everything appeared to be more thoroughly cooked. Choice of teas & fresh coffee. I asked for gluten free bread to toast on the first day and it was brought to me microwaved to defrost it so wet and soggy. I asked for it again with my soup and it was dry but the worst tasting piece of bread ever and I left it.

Loved our stay here , staff where great , Dinner and breakfast where both really nice ! The location is amazing just a short nature walk away from the town . Would highly recommend.

Another fantastic stay at the Rob Roy Hotel. The staff are fantastic, from check-in to check-out, everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. The room was very clean, comfortable and made for a few excellent nights sleep. The food, both the evening meals and breakfast were very tasty, with lots of variety. Would we visit this hotel again - YES. Would we recommend this hotel to family, friends and colleagues - YES.

once again had a great 2 night stay at the rob roy hotel .fantastic value and entertainment included in the price.cant fault the food with a good selection of dishes to choose from for evening meals and all very tasty. breakfast was buffet style and you could eat as much as you wanted .cant wait to book this hotel for another return visit

The hotel was comfortable although we stayed for two nights and it would have been nice to have had the towels changed. The fire alarm went off at 09.00 on the Saturday -13th . It was a false alarm but no staff around to explain what had happened. No explanation when we went down for breakfast. Food in the evening wasn't great and the layout of the dining room wasn't very appealing.
