Enjoyed our overnight stay at the Westerwood Hotel. Our room looked on to the golf course and was really lovely with a great bathroom. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. We even got a complimentary glass of champagne for our anniversary. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Nice chilled out stay, have been to the Westerwood a good few times in the past with my husband, this time my daughter and I went as she hasn't been. We had a twin room which was quite spacious, but have to say that the furniture was quite dated although in good condition. bathroom huge-again a bit dated too but spotless. All staff very friendly and professional at all times. A bit disappointed that we had to dine in the Bar/Grill on both of our evenings as Flemings Restaurant is only open at the weekends. Food was lovely, however the wine on offer was, I felt quite expensive.

A really enjoyable stay. Staff were great, so helpful. No complaints with our meals, the food was both filling & very tasty. Our superior room was clean, tidy & the sort of standard you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Hope to return again sometime.

Great hotel. A good walk from the room to reception. Room was hot but I could not keep the window open a little bit to let air in. However these are minor the room was very good.

Our toilet had not been cleaned when we arrived in our room. It wasn't cleaned until 6pm. This service was poor. However the service in the restaurant was excellent.

room and service was up to usual good standard, however the food was not. was disappointed in our evening meal. it was not as good as we have had in the past. The breakfast was lukewarm. this review is for the westerwood hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed stay however I was disappointed to receive an email following stay asking for payment for food bill which we had already paid.

During our stay we dined in both their restaurant we found the food very bland and on both occasions I did not eat either my main course or sweet.We complained and nothing was done,We complained to the manager at reception who felt we had been let down.He said he will be forwarding our complaints to the appropriate persons and has offered us a complementary upgrade on our next visit.There wasnt enough options for those of us who did not want a cooked breakfast

We arrived at 3pm and had a lovely welcome. We got upgraded to a superior room which was spacious and beautiful. Our meal was fantastic and the spa facilities were excellent. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you xxx

Hotel is great place to stay. Room was ok but have stayed in better at this hotel. Staff here are the best. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is very good. Fine dinning in Flemings was excellent, grill also very good with more basic menue but more choice and well presented.

We had a few issues nothing major . We have stayed at the westerwood several times now. Upgrade to superior room included in our booking no robes/slippers a little nice touch .eat in grill bar watched waitresses clear away a busy table but standing scraping all left overs Onto one plate piled high don't expect to see this in a top class hotel . Only stayed one night just a little de-stresser fire evacuation spend 20 in - condition in my pjs I know that is out with hotels control

Fantastic overnight stay at westerwood hotel . This was our second visit and once again I have came home and can't wait to return. Staff are friendly and attentive, the hotel has a warm welcoming atmosphere and the food in the grill diner overlooking the golf course was delicious . I will be returning soon , especially with such good deals to be found with classic Britain for DBB that are very affordable.

Fantastic, stress free weekend with friends. Hotel & facilities super. Both hotel restaurants provide superb food. Hotel's main asset is the staff - all very keen to please.

we have visited her many times and are always sure of a relaxing, enjoyable time. Our bedroom was a very good size for three adults, two large beds and one sofa bed. The bedrooms with the extra door into them which are in the new block, are better for cutting out any noise from the corridors. There was a wedding on with several guests staying but our night was completley undisturbed. We also always enjoy the pool area and one member had a couple of workouts in the gym. Meal taken in the Club bar, where our allowance went a bit further! Another good break - thank you!
