The hotel was lovely and the staff were very courteous and polite. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had our evening meal which was lovely it looked to good to eat but we did the prices are very reasonable and the food was too. We will definitely be back to stay.

Had a brilliant Lionel Ritchie Tribute Night. Four course dinner was great and the singer was absolutely terrific. Very friendly staff and drinks were not too pricey either. Lots of breakfast choices the following morning. Will be back in 2019 for another great weekend.

First timer at this Hotel,warm welcome, nice spacious room with good facilities & views, I was very impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable bed with good pillows! The evening 4 x course meal was excellent, served by friendly staff who worked hard to please, The entertainment was better than expected & very enjoyable. The only negative aspect was the buffet cooked breakfast which had limited choice & non appealing as it was dried up! But the scrambled eggs were nice, over an enjoyable stay.

Stayed for 2 nights dinner bed and breakfast in November. The room we had was nearly renovated to a very high standard. The staff were excellent and attentive to our needs. The food was first class. I rely don,t know how they do it for the price.

A most enjoyable stay. The food was of excellent quality and variety, and served by very attentive staff. The accommodation was to a good standard. I don’t know how the hotel was able to provide a lovely warm bedroom and general areas. I’d like to think we will return.

We always enjoy our breaks at the Rob Roy. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place has been done up beautifully. The food is also great. Sadly this time we had to come home on Wednesday night as my wife had a gall bladder attack and needed to see her doctor. The staff were very understanding and they even came out to the ar park to see if there was anything they could do.

2 mature couples attending the dinner dance on 13 October 2018. The hotel is quite run down in general but the dance was very good. The first 2 courses of the dinner were really good but the main course and the desserts were not great. The fish was very bland and had no caper sauce (as stated on the menu) and the cranachan was simply raspberries and a ton of cream. Breakfast was nicely cooked with a good choice. Overall some positives and some negatives.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel,the staff are terrific and food very good. Entertainment was excellent,a real bargain for £59.00 pp. Don't hesitate to book here you won't regret it, we'll definitely be back soon! Brian.

We were met by a very pleasant and friendly receptionist and found all the staff to be the same. Our room was spotless and spacious with a good bathroom, large built-in wardrobe and tea, coffee and biscuits. We were a little apprehensive about mealtimes as there were four coaches staying at the hotel. However, we independent residents were in a very nice smaller restaurant, where the menu was very good and the food was excellent. The bar area was spacious but basic and noisy and we felt that the hotel would benefit from a nice comfortable lounge to have a quiet drink after dinner. However all in all it was very good value for money and we would stay there again.

This hotel deserves a 5*rating for all staff ie,reception,restaurant staff,cleaners and not forgetting the chef and his assistants.Bedrooms clean and comfortable,the only problem was water pressure for the shower. Ideal location for touring the Trossachs. Will definitely visit again.Thank you for an enjoyable four night stay.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay. The room was very clean and of decent size although a bit plain. The food was very good quality both for dinner and breakfast with plenty choice. On one night there was entertainment which was excellent. The staff were all polite and very helpful. We would not hesitate to book again sometime.
