Buckatree Hall Hotel, Telford

we enjoyed our stay at Buckatree although the restaurant service was in need of some attention. The food was very good but attendance for service seemed to be left to the whim of management when there was a tour party in the hotel. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the location very convenient for touring Shropshire.

A very pleasant overnight stay, fabulous food and good service. A fantastic deal in a lovely hotel. Although cant help wondering if the price we paid explained the disappointing view of air conditioning units outside our window. Perhaps blinds/voile would obscure this and also give a little privacy from the balconies and corridor which looked directly into the room. This was also brought up with reception at the time. However this did not spoil our stay and we would return to this hotel.

This offer was great value. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautifully situated. I had a small issue with my room but this was quickly resolved with the staff moving my luggage to a new room as soon as one became available.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and simply love this place. Its got a charm about it and is situated in such a lovely area close to the Wrekin, Woodlands and Golf. Food was delicious also. Rooms clean and tidy and newly decorated, bed comfy and fluffy pillows. There was a wedding on the night we was there so a bit noisy but this stopped at around midnight and couldnt be helped. Overall another wonderful stay for a weekend break and glorious sunny weather completed the stay. Will be back again.

All round lovely countryside surrounding hotel excellent decor throughout hotel (refurbished 2 years ago) staff helpful and polite with food as expected from a 3 star hotel perhaps breakfast could have been a little warmer. Would recommend and return sometime in future.

Thank you for an absolutly wonderful Christmas. Everything was very good, the food was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms estupendo, (wonderful), The entertainment much enjoyeed by all four of us. We are seriously thinking of comming back next year. The only thing we would say is, that the towel rail is very near to the toilet, and if the heat is on, one is very likely to burn ones self. But this is the only thing we can find to critissise, far outnumbered by the many good points. Thank you again, and a Happy New Year to you all from The Corbetts

The hotel was fine for our requirements, although the room was cold but we were supplied with a heater. We already e-mailed you when we came home as the booking we made had not been received by the hotel and they were only able to honour one night's stay. This meant we had to return a day early from our break. Unfortunately we have had no communication from your team about this. Perhaps this time?
