Very happy with how booking arranged by myhotelbreak.com and the Hotel exceeded expectations . Due to the very low price we did not really expect very much, however we were very pleasantly surprised. For a small supplement of. £10 per night we upgraded to a room with Loch view. The room and ensuite were good size and nice, albeit a bit dusty. In. At check out I mentioned this ( not complaining) and was pleased with their response of surprise but concern. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our meal in dining room. Although good choice on menu which was included in our package we chose to pay a very small few £'s supplement to have steak and vegetable fjatitas, even th 'free' red wine was very acceptable! How they made any money on this deal I do not know. We are in another local restaurant on the 2nd night which had been recommended however we did not enjoy this meal quite so much . The

Hotel could be doing with a refurbishment...... Other than that the food was excellent and staff very capable and polite.Entertainment on the Tuesday hight was very good.We missed our first night stay due to wrong dates but Janet the manageress gave us her card to call to book a free night which was very nice of her.

Reason for rooms being 7 out of 10 was, we had 3 rooms, 2 rooms were good and one room was in need of a good clean ( Room 9 ) the dinner was very good but breakfast was just not enough, service was very good and the location of the hotel was exquisite. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had a very enjoyable 3 day break at the Arrochar Hotel at a very low late offer rate. We were given a lovely room at the front of the hotel with views over the Loch. We had 2-course evening meals which were very good and the restaurant staff were very efficient and friendly. All staff were exceptionally pleasant. We have been before and will certainly be back in the future.

Had to upgrade our room as ours smelt of dampness it was very dark in it aswell never had the dinner but going by the breakfast we didn't miss much the food was cold ppl were complaining they had waited too long

Beautiful room on the loch side looking on to the beautiful Loch. the dinner was absolutely stunning had no complaints whatsoever. customer services was excellent. unfortunately with tribute acts was not what I expected but made tonight what was and we had a fantastic time. Is recommend for a nice night away.

Staff Lovely. Hotel room a bit small and bathroom needed updating. Toilet bowl was disgusting under the rim and no soap in dispenser beside sink. Dining room and lounge have obviously been updated. Food average but for the cost the only real grievance was bathroom.

For what we paid very good value, staff in restaurant very polite and efficient. Only downfall was room had no view of the beautiful loch outside and whole hotel could do with a refurb-- especially the bar/reception area!!! First impressions day a lot!!!

We had a great overnight stay at the hotel. Special thanks to the lady on reception for the lovely room. The food and entertainment also very good as was the rest of the staff. Would definitely recommend, scenery beautiful.

All staff were very helpful and friendly and the dining room staff, even when very busy, were efficient, attentive and charming! We understand that refurbishment is continuing, but overall our stay in this lovely location was extremely enjoyable. We look forward to returning.

We were moved to The Loch Long hotel as this one was overbooked, had our evening meal and entertainment at the Arrochar Hotel. Meal was lovely.. Bad experience at bar as was served out of date J20, not pleasant, then they ran out of Diet e. Think describing entertainment as a tribute night was a bit over egging it, the singer was very good but definitely not a tribute night.

Hotel needs refurbished. Room basic, no view, overlooking bins. Staff didnt seem interested. Food was nice. However, wouldnt recommend hotel, and wouldnt return. Dissappointing.

Lovely hotel, in a lovely place (we had a 2 night stay) staff were very nice, food was great, rooms very spacious with everything you need, our stay was very pleasant & we will definitely be staying again, thanks to you all at Arrochar Hotel x

i want to thank you for our lovely stay i had posted that we wernt happy with our last stay in nov and had asked for a loch view and a bed that was up to standard as one before was awful we were delighted with the room we got and also a lovely comfortable bed thank you so much if this was due to your input to hotel we will be back again service and meals we cannot fault
