Not impressed, room was on par with Travelodge, although it was less spacious,bed was smaller,less chairs and more stains on carpet,food ok although should tell the chief that mash should be light n fluffy, not wet n soggy,more attention needed by waiters both drinks order n starters were wrong

Lovely place spotless great staf very friendly and helpful. The food was great room was quite warm but asked for a fan and they brought one for us. Breakfast was buffet it was all fresh and delicious very well rotated. Reception staf lovely and helpful.even the cleaning staff were willing to help. Would definitely recommend a will definitely stay again

Weather was exceptionally warm for time of year, 28 degrees and the room faced south. No opening window in the bathroom and the bedroom window only opened a few inches. Very difficult to cool the room down after being out during the day.

Hotel itself was ok but tired in places , staff were lovely though food in restaurant was overpriced for what you paid for to be honest.Breakfast in the morning was plentiful but bacon , sausage & black pudding looked half cooked so we and another couple next to us left it .

The room was lovely but no air conditioning so was really warm. Didn't get much sleep as other guests were fighting outside our room, tried to call reception but no answer. Doubt I would book this hotel again because of this.

My sister and I spent a lovely overnight at this hotel . Comfortable rooms , great food and lovely staff . Highly recommend.

Room was not ready when we arrived to check in. We only had to wait 15 minutes so not too bad. The offer should have included a main meal however this was not available and we were offered the £15 PP off our restaurant bill.

Excellent hotel. The room and food were great. It is set in its own grounds and only 2 minutes by car from the shopping outlet. Would have no hesitation to recommend it to our friends.

Lovely Hotel. Clean room and a good size. Food was fabulous. As we were in a deal which included a glass of wine with dinner we had to ask for it which was embarrassing a waitress said oh you are on that deal quite loudly which was embarrassing She should have known by checking our booking.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Room was fine but tiny bathroom with shower. Buffet breakfast, plenty of choice but fried eggs were rubbery and sausages and bacon pretty dried out making them difficult to cut. Evening meal was very good.

Decided to choose hotel for overnight stay for 18 year Wedding Anniversary as previous experiences were very good and checked reviews still good. First issue when we arrived was like wacky races trying to find parking space as there was a wedding on and they had more staff in than normal, common sense would say that as probably weddings on a weekly if not daily basis there would be a parking system in place with allocated spaces for wedding party guests, paying guests and also staff instead of a free for all, maybe if they had so many staff in someone should have been out there advising where to park as well. We then went to Reception and i was asked for a debit card for security fine but didn't inform me that they would take a £1 of my account not the amount but the principle and then instead of paying balance of booking when leaving we had to pay it when arriving never done that before also not informed that in order for lights etc to work we would need to put card in slot in wall in room. So we then got to room that is supposedly an easy access room for wheelchair users etc, the room was like an oven and only has double doors that open out to small pation area not very security concious, no fan in room either should be available without having to ask for it especially in the heat we have been having and the fact you can't leave the door open when not in room the room was also very small and claustraphobic. The food was ok. So disappointed will not return do not waste your hard earned money choose somewhere else.
