Modern city centre hotel . Room was good size with quality bed linen and towels . Bathroom was lovely although Bathroom door was honestly the heaviest door every to push . Breakfast was ok , sausages cheap quality and browns looked like they had been kicked around the kitchen . We would stay again if we got a good deal .

We enjoyed a one-night stay at this lovely hotel for B&B. Would certainly recommend it and would return again in the future. Rooms were large, comfortable and immaculate. In addition to the usual iron, hairdryer and fridge there was even a microwave. Staff were very professional and welcoming in all areas of the hotel.

Was lovely hotel very modern bed was amazing only grip was all the road works outside hotel so had to park in a public carpark which we got validated so ended up ok and was cheaper than hotel carpark

Had a one night stay at this fairly new hotel. Public areas and rooms were lovely. Only problem we had was figuring out how to switch off the light behind headboard! Had to pull card out of the electric slot in the end. Turned out it was mood lighting and you could change the colours with coloured switch on the wall! We thought it was the A/C. There is no A/C but a fan was provided and windows opened. Roadworks ongoing around hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food OK. Near to plenty of places to eat. Also very close to Charing Cross railway station which was easier to use than Central station.

First time at this hotel group . Everything very new as only open for a year but still areas need to be addressed. Staff were saying to some guests that food area had closed yet some guests who complained ended up getting food but others left to eat elsewhere , if policy was food stops being served at certain time has to be consistent to all guests not just ones who demand to be served food .

Hotel was great, the only downfall was the room we were in had no air con, so it was really warm and stuffy even with the temperature outside only being around 14?. Breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular.

Lovely, modern hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very modern also. Is a wee bit out of city centre but we wanted to be closer to the west end so it was an ideal location for us

Very clean, bar and restaurant aswell as a gym, lifts are fast, so when your on the 9th floor it's superb, 5 mins from the city centre

Very nice and modern hotel. Great view from high floor rooms, really nice staff. Rooms are clean, they are a tad on the small side but they were an okay size for us! 10/15 minute walk to Buchanan street and a 5 minute walk to Sauchiehall street. Parking also easy to use

Had a wonderful stay, from start to finish. Just wish it had been longer. From check in to check out, staff couldn't have been friendlier. Our dog also made very welcome. Excellent bed, food bowl and treats we're much appreciated by Bailey. Appreciated the staff at bar for lovely tails. Room was lovely, beds extremely comfy and the shower was excellent. Best Hotel I've stayed in Glasgow. Will defo return!
