Fantastic hotel everything about it is great we stayed in a twin room was spacious well equipped with the things you need lovely crystal glasses and designer toiletries spotlessly clean the food was great dinner their was plenty choice on the menu and the same with the breakfast in the rabbit restaurant we had a speedy check in as we arrived early as our room was ready staff at reception and in the restaurant and Cameron the consier were so helpful nothing was a bother to any of them so made our stay a pleasure over all we were given exceptional service bye them all so would definitely go back again and highly recommended to stay hear for nice relaxing break just a walk from the beach lovely where the hotel is situated

I came here for an overnight with my sister, we had an excellent stay, rooms were spotless and everything we needed included, staff were second to none , so friendly and caring, food was amazing , I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and hope to stay here again very soon

We returned to the hotel after its refurb and it was so lovely. Staff were excellent, food really lovely such a nice atmosphere. Room was a bit on the small side but still lovely and clean. Breakfast wasn’t great in the morning shortage of items and only scrambled eggs but dinner was lovely the evening before.

We had lovely spacious room made to feel very welcome and relaxed, treatments were great in spa we relaxed too, only disappointment was the jacuzzi wasnt working which was an important reason why chose to go there. Food was lovely although no choice in type of egg at breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful

We had a lovely stay at the Marine Troon hotel. Upon arrival we were allocated a complimentary upgrade to a Marine double room with a partial sea view (from a Classic double). The room was spacious, large windows, and a great view of the golf course and the sea. We used the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - which was all great, clean and tidy. All staff that we interacted with were extremely pleasant and a great asset to the hotel. Dinner which was lovely (2 courses) was included as part of our offer. Food is expensive and there is a 10% service charge automatically added to everything! I rated the food as a 7 due to the buffet breakfast. It wasn't very warm and I felt the selection could have been better. Although scrambled egg was included in the buffet, if you wanted a fried or poached egg you had to order this in advance and there was a bit of a delay in this being served to your table. Overall, we had a great stay and I would return - but only if I could get the same deal again as this hotel is very expensive! Thanks to myhotelbreak who really do have some great offers available. Lovely hotel in the perfect setting - views are incredible. Room and en-suite were lovely. The service was great, staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially upon checking in. We ate in The Rabbit restaurant and the food was fantastic. Also used the spa facilities - the treatments were great but the facilities, in particular jacuzzi pool could do with an upgrade. Will definitely be back.

Not a great start. I phone a month before arrival to ask if there were any ground floor rooms as I walk with crutches told No they don't do ground floor but have lifts. The room we got was the furthest room possible away from the lift. After a phone call and paying extra we were give room close to lift. After this we found the stay excellent. All staff excellent very courteous and an asset to this beautiful hotel.

Lovely old but classy hotel, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. We did not eat have dinner in the hotel but breakfast although plentiful, continental and cooked, the cooked breakfast looked as if it had all been prepared earlier and then served reheated and the coffee was far too strong and not hot! Did visit the bar which was busy with a good singer on but the prices are extortionate £8 for a gin and soda plus a 10% service charge is added which I didn't notice as I would have refused to pay! Overall a lovely hotel in a great setting a good walk away from Troon town centre only real complain was the bar prices!

Came here for a festive lunch and overnight stay with friends and the whole experience was simply wonderful. Amazing service and delicious food made our stay one of the best we had this year. The hotel looks absolutely beautiful, too

Beautiful hotel .Lovely walks along the beach to be enjoyed even in Winter. Pick a room with a sea view as the scenery is spectacular especially on a crisp Winters day .Restaurant and bar was warm and welcoming and the food was lovely .Totally relaxing break

Would highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Friendly, clean, great food, great facilities. Pool amazing. Lovely and warm. Troon town 20 minute walk away and beach 5 minutes away which was very clean.
