My husband and I have just spent a wonderful weekend at Kings Manor Hotel. The staff were helpful friendly and cheery. Our room was immaculate comfortable and very roomy with a view over the tennis courts. There was a frequent bus service from outside the hotel which we used leaving our car in the car park. We found the food at breakfast and in the Bistro very enjoyable and although we did not make use of the leisure facil they looked excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and plan to return.

Hotel lovely. Nice rooms, clean and very comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Leisure facil great. Bistro food only average. Would have preferred to eat in restaurant but had a couple of fussy eaters ( a party of 8).Approached the hotel ad asked if we could have both menus in the restaurant but was advised we couldn't. It was the only disappointment regarding this establishment. Would stay again but wouldn't eat in the bistro

This hotel is only a bus ride from Edinburgh but if you didn't want to go out it had nice,seating area and lovely food.

Lovely hotel. The staff were nice and professional.we didn't eat in the main restaurant however we did in the bistro which was lovely bar type food , good value and delicious too , portions huge, quality good. Our rooms were lovely , I think recently refurbished .good size and spotless, beds very comfortable (they are firm).We were on a dinner bed and breakfast deal which was fantastic value . Breakfast choice and quality good with smiling service. For a 3 star rating we were very pleased, better than some 4 stars . Close to the beach , short journey to centre of town , local bus right outside hotel if you don't want to drive .pool area was nice too .

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff and automatic upgrade to Club room. Excellent leisure facil and, as the hotel is on a regular bus route into Edinburgh, it provided us with a wonderful city break.

Great hotel, good location for beach and bus 10 minutes into town, best o were the staff, all very friendly and helpful, food great in restaurant, will be booking again.

A superb hotel staffed by an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great location for Edinburgh by bus or train and very close to beach. Excellent leisure facil. We had a large comfortable room. Food very good although the restaurant lacks atmosphere. Good bar and bistro. Strongly recommend it and would happily return if back in the area.

Have stayed here several times previously, It is in an ideal location to access Edinburgh via bus and train without the hassle of driving and parking in the city centre. The Hotel holds very high standards in trying to be green. The staff are always extremely helpful. In the physical structure of the hotel, there services provided and the quality of staff there has been considerable investment.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Friendly staff and food in restaurants very good. We had a three night weekend break at a great price. Ample parking and bus stop right at front door so didn't have to use car during time in city. Would happily recommend and will definitely return.

Spacious room with all the facil you might require, lovely large bed. As restaurant was being refurbished meals were in Bistro. Dinner menu had good choice and was very good. Breakfast was poor, lack of fresh fruit, mostly tinned. Toasted bread was tasteless. Having said that would probably use again.

Lovely hotel in nice area not far from nice beaches. Room was large, well maintained and comfortable and food was good. No complaints. Thought the DB&B rate was a bargain. Love to visit again

Lovely hotel good value for money food is a very high quality service a little slow but staff work very hard . Visited hotel a few times now and we will be returning very soon. We take our granddaughter she loves the pool also all staff are brilliant with her

Second visit to this hotel - would thoroughly recommend it. Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable accommodation - we stayed in a club room which was a good size as we had our two dogs with us, easily controlled heating, windows which opened, and no noise from outside, piping hoer in bathroom. Ate in both restaurants - good menu choice. Excellent leisure facil - having two marked lanes for swimming is a bonus. We'll be back!
