Second visit to St.Ives and food and service to usual high standards though resteurant manager could leave menu on table longer. Rooms could do with upgrade as could beds which everyone seemed to complain about. Would return on standard of food and service.

An excellent holiday at the St Ives Hotel. From the moment our party of ten arrived, staff were friendly and helpful. My two young grandchildren enjoyed the pool, craft classes and the entertainment making life easy for the adults. We all had a great holiday experience.

Very family friendly hotel in a good location with entertainment aimed primarily at children. Staff are very helpful and hotel has a good selection of well cooked food. For couples looking for a quiet holiday this may not be the hotel for you.

staff where excellent, food selection was varied and cooked very well. our only dissapointment was the romm its self. Although very claean it was small and at the back of the hotel.

we went as a large group and have stayed many times before.our stay this time however was interupted many times with the fire alarm going off and having to be evacuated into either the reception or outside. we actually had the fire brigade at approx 11.35pm. When asked at reception we were told that there was a fault in the system and that they couldnt guarantee that it wouldnt go off again. The alarm went off a further four times during the night from 2.15am until 8.15am, and then continued throughout the morning. As you can imagine we returned home having had very little sleep.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Nothing a bother. Although the bedrooms are clean and steps have been taken to modernise (flat screen tvs) they are in need of a complete refurb. They could also do with some colour in them. The all white walls etc made the room seem quite boring!

enjoyed a lovely few days at the st. ives. Feel the balconies badly need re furbished as. . they are very poor value for money. Food very good and plenty of it.
