We enjoyed our stay at the Rendez Hotel where all staff were friendly and with a smile we would have liked a more varied evening meal menu ,but overall we still enjoyed our stay and would not stop us to returning to the hotel

Stayed for one night , room immaculate, staff friendly and helpful, pool area was quiet and needed to ring down to check on quantity due to covid , sanitizer all round the hotel , evening meal was lovely, breakfast very good and a very good selection . Pool area could do with a little bit of tlc in places , would definitely stay again . Views while eating breakfast are lovely looking out over the canal .

Our room was ready earlier than expected so that was nice.Room pretty basic.Walk from the hotel along canal side in either direction.The staff are all lovely and food excellent.Good value for money and we will go again

Our second visit to the Rendez. Nice, comfortable hotel with great staff. Had a canal view room, very picturesque. 30 minutes walk along canal into Skipton which is worth a visit. Also worth a visit is nearby Ilkley. We were on a half-board rate, however the restaurant menu was severely restricted due to kitchen staff having to isolate. Management did their best to accommodate us and offered to deduct the meal allowance from our bill and we ate at a nearby pub. Menu had improved dramatically by third night, so finished very happy.

Large car park Pleasant and attentive staff Lovely clean room with 3 seater settee Restaurant has views of canal with swans. Food was excellent Great base for hikers and tourists You can walk Canal at back of hotel into Skipton town centre Swimming pool/gym on site

Friendly check in. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Evening meal and breakfast were nice. Location was brilliant for a short walk into Skipton. Couldnt fault anything and will definitely return.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed spending some time using the soa facilities. The food was outstanding and the my hotel break offer was very good value. The only negative was that despite having the heating on full blast, our room never got particularly warm. We did mention this on checking out and the staff were very apologetic and said they would pass it on to the maintenance team

We stayed here with friends via myhotelbreak.com for 2 nights DBB in November for my birthday. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Lovely large room with plenty of hanging space and cupboards. The hotel is beautiful and the setting on the Canal is gorgeous. The food, service and staff are excellent as is the layout. We have already booked a return visit next Spring. That says it all. Thanks to all.

Excellent service, food and facilities. Overall impression spoiled by the late check in and early check out times, especially as breakfast availability times make it necessary to pack and check out before eating.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rendez Hotel . The room was perfect the staff were very polite and efficient and the meals were second to none ( compliments to the chef ) We would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to all of our friends family.

Good food and accommodation had not previously booked breakfast do had to wait till 10:00 but that was clearly our fault Breakfast was served direct from the kitchens which we find preferable to buffet style Also managed to charge our car each day which was very useful

Excellent stay, upgraded to suite , which was a nice surprise, as it was our golden wedding anniversary. Staf very pleasant and helpful, and professional. This was our 3rd time at rendez, only niggle was the food, not as good as last time.

I am happy fot Hotel to know my comments.This was our 3rd visit to this hotel which was excellent. My only disappointment was that there was no acknowledgement from the Hotel that we were returning guests. After the year we have all gone through and we had travelled from Scotland it would have been nice to be met at Reception with someone saying :- " I note that you have been with us before...nice to see you back !! I hope you enjoy your stay , Those few words would have made us feel welcome.as return visitors.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.Our room was perfect very clean and comfortable.Our evening meal and breakfast was beautiful all cooked to perfection. All the staff from reception to the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for a stroll into Skipton along the canal bank. Would definitely recommend this hotel
