Good sized room with large comfortable bed. En-suite configuration not ideal. Toilet close to wall with towel rail above resulting in towels hanging too close to the toilet. En-suite large enough to allow configuration. Top marks to the chef and team. Quality, quantity and presentation of food was exceptional. All staff were pleasant and professional. Overall a lovely stay.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Excellent value for money. Lovely rooms, very clean. All staff were very nice. Lady at reception was very friendly and very helpful when we had a problem getting into our room as the cards didn't work and also getting us booked in for dinner when we decided to eat there last minute. We stayed 2 nights on a bed and breakfast with dinner on the first night in a courtyeard room. The staff in the dining room were lovely. The food was delicious......compliments to the chef. Can't wait to stay there again and I would highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel,unfortunately they couldn't provide dinner due to catering staff isolating. However,if standard of breakfast is anything to go by,food was excellent. Staff very helpful, and apologetic. Room was in courtyard, bit noisy from traffic, but very comfortable ?

Our stay was excellent our evening meal and service first class staff nice. Breakfast 1st morning was really slow almost an hour for breakfast. 2nd morning was first class. Think I will stay in the main house next time as rooms nicer rather than courtyard

Another excellent stay at the Western House Hotel. Good system in place regarding extra safety measures required due to current situation. Enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the gardens before an excellent meal in the restaurant. Staff were exceptional as always. Room was great as usual although it was smaller than the rooms we have been allocated before.

My wife and I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. We were hoping to combine our stay with a days racing but the weather had other ideas. Our accommodation in the courtyard room was comfortable and spacious and the food was varied and cooked to perfection. The service was second to none and we will certainly be visiting again.
